スタッフ皆様の対応が素晴らしかったです♪

Every staff member was very professional and helpful, snacks were great and the private and public onsen was lovely!

２回目の宿泊でした。お風呂には癒されました。5回も入ってしまいました。スタッフの皆さんもとても良い対応でした。食事も美味しくいただきました。

6年住んだヨーロッパから帰国して初めての国内旅行でした。お部屋、温泉、設備が素晴らしい。日本は本当に凄い国です。世界で唯一無二です。草津温泉も宝物です。

Nice hotel

湯畑からは少し距離はありますが、バスの送迎があるので、問題なし。 ラウンジでアイスと飲み物をいただきましたが、品物の欠品が多かったのは残念でした。 温泉は貸切も空いていたし、部屋に温泉が付いているのが最後でした。

Beautifull

溫泉配套很好，4座貸切風呂免費並相比其他dormy inn排隊較快，大浴場sauna好乾淨有幽幽木香味使用感很好。整間酒店裝修開陽俯瞰整個草津。 食左幾晚其他酒店和食，當晚晚餐西式tasting menu反而感覺好refreshing唔會厭。

When I email your restaurant that I have food allergy to "fish", and you reply email saying that you have an independent menu that have removed lots of allergic ingredients, I would easily tend to understand that you have got my message. It turns out that there are lots and lots of fish, including a whole piece of fish with it's head still there. hopeless restaurant.

Very enjoyable experience. Loved Kusatsu and La Vista was a great place to stay with shuttle busses running through the day to both the bus stops and down town.

The view from the room is amazing, can see almost the whole town from the in-room onsen.

服务态度非常非常非常差！！！令人非常不满意！！冷漠，歧视，态度差得令人惊讶，气愤，非常不好的体验！极度不推荐入住！ The service attitude is very, very, very poor!!! Very unsatisfactory!! Indifference, discrimination, surprisingly poor attitude, a very bad experience! Extremely not recommended!

酒店職員態度良好，溫泉浸浴安排正，除了房內私人風呂，另有大浴場和四個特色私人浴場。 餐廳提供西餐食物，美味可口！👍👍

The hotel is a very nice one, all the staff are very helpful. I was so delighted by the Concierge, who help me to put on the WD-40 （lubricant） on the wheels of my suitcase, so that I can pull my suitcase smoothly for the rest of my journey. I was very impressed by their helpfulness. I have reserved the room with private onsen, it was a spacious room with beautiful view. The room is tidy and organized. I will definitely come again.

初めて草津温泉旅行でした。 とにかくお部屋の広さも申し分なく、 各お部屋に露天風呂がついてるのですごく贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方が、お若い方が多いことに驚きました。とてもきちんとされていて、対応も心こもっていて素晴らしかったです。 電車で行きましたが、湯畑から歩いて行けるか尋ねたところ、20分かかることと歩道は雪があるので、送迎バスに乗ることを薦めていただけたのがとても有り難かったです。アップダウンもあるので、電車で行かれる方は絶対送迎を利用した方がいいです。 サービスも今まで泊まったホテルと比べられないほど良かったです。とてもお勧めです。 改善してほしい点があるとしたら、浴場に時計をつけて欲しいのと、サウナ利用用にマットがあればなお良いと思います。
