Great stay with very friendly people and a superb breakfast

Friendly and professional staff from arriving to departure.

Easy check-in. Simple comfortable rooms with good bath/shower, although no fridge or safe. It is a convenient location, god carparking and close to out of town shopping. Fine for a night or two.

Modern/recent. Great service at reception and restaurant. Good restaurant on premise. Would go back.

Computer system didn't work Phoned someone for a different log in Didn't work so after a bout 1/2 hour wait given room.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Worst I have ever slept in. On arrival I was being charged for payment of my stay again. To be fair it was a trainee who was booking us in but supervised by a full time staff member.

The environment was excellent.

Food was absolutely disgusting paid for both mornings and ended up going out for breakfast everything was covered in grease and half of it not cooked right at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In particular, the front desk helper Ashley who helped with finding washers and dryers for our clothes. The room was spotless and the bathroom as well. The bed was awesome, so much that we hated to get out of it. The breakfast was delicious and the other workers were delightful as well. Each one of them treated us very well. I would visit again.

Really enjoyed our stay staff really friendly food was great our family room was very spacious and very clean. Excellent location. We will definitely be making a return visit.

Il soggiorno è andato piuttosto bene. Camera pulita, e molto comoda. L'unica pecca è l'insonorizzazione della camera ma è lo standard UK. Personale gentile colazione e cibo punto di forza!

No telephone signal in bedroom. Requested a drink at 10.44pm, but told the bar was closed, despite guest directory advising that the bar closed at midnight

Convenience and easily accessible.

Just lovely especially as we had to stay due to no electricity because of the storms. As elderly people the staff were so helpful and the rooms are lovely and clean and modern and warm!

Room Not ready upon arrival @ 15.20 hrs Had a bath had to let plug out and let it run as water would not stop got the lady from reception she got it off but it dripped all night the corridor smelt like cigarette smoke very strong over first 3 rooms painting going on which we were not told about

Reception staff were first rate. Everything was OK except for very late housekeeping which was inconvenient and meant some days were missed.
