Staff were helpful

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating despite the fact that we missed a day because we missed our flight they were still able to arrange all of our trips within 24 hours. Truly amazing.

It was a perfect place to stay with amazing personalized services! We enjoyed it every minute and will go back again!

This place was lovely because it’s was of the beaten path. Quaint, quiet, and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Great stay at a beautifully landscaped and well kept boutique resort lodge. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool and helpful friendly staff. We purchased the half board plan and found the food to be very good quality and beautifully presented. One small area for potential improvement is the continental breakfast options. However, the hot breakfast menu was filled with tasty items. The sunset cruise on the Zambezi River is not to be missed. My husband and I would definitely return to Insika.

Breakfast was OK, but no avocado when listed several times on menu. Main dishes on the lunch menu were sub-par.

Very good dinner with many different options available. Breakfast was also very good. Clean and beautiful rooms. Excellent location. A bit of a hiccup upon arrival as ride did not show up to pick us up but otherwise an excellent place to stay. Also, animals on the property or on the road (hippo, elephants, and warthogs)!

A lovely place to stay very close to the falls, a great breakfast choice and helpful staff in every department.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms spotless, spacious and well decorated. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The free shuttle drops you off at Victoria Falls or the town close by. We did the sunset cruise which was a highlight of our stay.

Beautiful rooms, patio, and landscaping. The staff was so kind and helpful. Nice pool and bar area. Loved the baboons running around the property and jumping in the trees!

Personalen är utomordentligt hjälpsam och trevlig, och hjälper till med förslag och bokningar av ett stort antal aktiviteter för gäster. Hotellet erbjuder även en gratis taxi-service till/från närliggande shoppingområde samt Victoria Falls vattenfall enligt ett fast schema flera gånger per dag. Vår vistelse på Insika Lodge var helt fantastisk, vilket den vackra omgivningen och vänliga personalen bidrog till. Om vi får tillfälle att återvända till Victoria Falls skulle vi definitivt återvända till Insika Lodge!

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.he rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would recommend it to all my friends. Hope to come back soon.
