This place is amazing. We travel quiet often but this place was beyond my expectations. Super customer service. Clean rooms, swimming pool was clean, kids friendly. Gym was all clean and breakfast was amazing. My kids refused to go back home. Amazing service

Was in room 408 and other family member was in room 412. We bought reserved the same room but because of the way the hotel is built, 408 is smaller than 412 but the hotel charges the same. We argued with the hotel manager who told us it was the same size which it isn’t (just have to verify on the evacuation plan located on the back of the room door. Also, regarding the breakfast, poor quality. The eggs were probably eggs bought in the freezer at costco and provided to the customers. Also, no bacon for 2 morning as the breakfast was halal. I don’t mind offering this option to customer but it shouldn’t be the only option offered…

Great place to stay near the airport, local restaurants at walking distance, would only stay if you want to be near the airport, not much to do around.

The staff members were really nice, and the property was at a very safe area where walmart and restaurants are near.

Everything was amazing. Everything was so clean, every one was so friendly and they were accommodating for my daughters service dog. We will be back! They pool was lovely and breakfast was yummy.

L'espace cuisinette était encore mieux équipé qu'on pensait. La piscine aurait pu être légèrement plus chaude. On s'attendait à un rafraîchissement de la chambre après 2 nuits, ce qui n'a pas été fait, mais en même temps nous partions le lendemain, donc aucun trouble au final (c'est encore mieux pour l'environnement). Belle chambre spacieuse, bel emplacement. Plein de restaurants et magasins proches. Aucunement déçu.

The rooms are spacious and new. However, there was a musty smell in our room that wouldn't go away. Also, you can easily hear people walking in the rooms above you which could be very annoying to some people. The pool is nice. The food is ok, don't expect a five star breakfast. The only major flaw I found was with the service of a particular employee at the front desk; I asked him about a late checkout and he told me he'd call me in my room in a few minutes to let me know but unfortunately he never called so I went to the front desk the next evening to ask him about the late check out (and told him that he never called my room the day before - he said he forgot?!)...well he still didn't know, and told me he'd let me know in the morning! My wife also called when we got there to ask if the water in the tap were good for drinking and the same employee answered and said please wait and put her on hold; she waited several minutes and hung up - he never called back to check on us. So honestly, I like the place but that lack of attention to detail from that employee just didn't sit right with us. This place is "by Hilton" so I'd expect a bit more professionalism and attention to detail. When we love a hotel it's not usually because of the physical building itself, it's because we received excellent service from the staff. Still, it's a good place for families.
