The property is in a rather quiet/ not so busy location. The family room we stayed in, was very spacious and well maintained /clean. The bathtub was a treat with an unobstructed view of the back garden through the large window. The manager was a pleasant lady to deal with, and more than willing to help when needed. She ensured that our stay was comfortable. We also used the garden to have our dinner on the first night, that we ordered through Uber eats. Many thanks.

Lovely guest house in ashtead- booked a room with separate private bathrooms in error so beware not all en-suite - but excellent rooms with friendly host / plenty parking - tea and coffee selection not to our liking - milk and water in nearby fridge very useful - pj tips and Nescafé please ! would recommend

The perfect stay! The room was amazing, clean, relaxing, quiet. Nice modern decoration, very comfy bed. The lady who was working there was amazing, very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Also variety of shops nearby. Would definitely recommend. If I ever visit Surrey again, I would definitely stay again. Thank You
