The heating was never turned on inside the room for the entire duration of our stay which made our experience so unpleasant and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wish to stay near St Moritz especially in the winter.

Amazing staff! Very clean, the beds were noisy because they are wooden but other than that everything was amazing! The breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly and inviting!

Le côté pratique de la position de l hôtel dans notre périple a moto. Hotel cher pour le simple contenu des chambres. Une des chambres n avait pas de lavabo . Tout était sur le palier et l autre chambre avait la douche dans les toilettes ! Petit dejeuner tres bien et personnel tres sympa

The room had a Swiss feel and a great view. It was close to the station and the staff were friendly, so I had a pleasant stay.

Staff were lovely and allowed us to check in 4 hrs before check in. Location was great.

Metilda was excellent. She was helpful with carrying luggage to room or anything we needed. She is really nice and helpful person. Room was clean though we didnt use washroom in the room as it was too small and preferred to use the washroom outside. Breakfast was really good. Overall very good experience.

Check in staff so very kind. English breakfast perfect. Clean rooms. We were given list of restaurants in town- everything easily walkable.very easy to trains buses . Very good stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here.The staff was especially helpful and gave great recommendations for dining and hiking. Things to know: This hotel is NOT in St. MORITZ. It is in Celerina. This is shown in the listing, but was not clear about the location. It worked out OK for us, but should be explained more clearly. The in room bathroom is VERY small, but there is a shared facility that is more spacious.
