This is a hotel for Pilgrimage not for tourism, real thing is a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star

Modern,clean room with powerful air con.Comfortable bed.Quality towels.My room was quiet .Double-paned windows. The best feature of this hotel is "location. 2 minutes by rickshaw to the ghats.Or a 6-7 minute walk. Many more westernized hotels are an hour(minimum )from the Ganges due to nonstop daytime traffic.
