Ok, but not worth 700 per night but the front desk and service were very helpful , in particular Raheem .

Loved the pool. Especially the lap section. It had a great hip vibe, with soft jazz already playing on the tv. Very eclectic room, nicely appointed. Cozy bed.

*Love* the aromatherapy and fresh infused water in the Lobby, staff is super supportive, responsive and helpful. The pool is charming and the hammock chairs surrounding are asthetically pleasing and fun to lounge in. Room is clean, very comfortable bed, ecellent water pressure in the showers. Great location, walkable to everything in the area.

Looks liker a nice pool. We enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the town center, carousel, and restaurants near the ferry. easy parking

We booked based on price and location. The room, grounds and staff were wonderful. Our regret is that we didn’t bring bathing suits. Definitely go planning on visiting the pool and patio!!!

The staff was the best part if the hotel. They were super nice and very helpful from before the arrival when our flight was canceled until departure on the last day! The unit was laid out well with minimalism. The beds were surprisingly comfortable for all of us. The lighting was a bit poor for our senior citizen eyesight and the room although tidy was in a little bit of disrepair. Would love to give 5 for the staff, but the room detracted from the total score.

Pluses-It is in the heart of Greenport so walkable to everything. There’s a pool and hot tub. Very clean. Great price for Sunday night. No minimum stay requirement Minuses-The room itself had a bad smell of air fresheners covering maybe mold. The a/c unit was so loud that we didn’t really get much sleep. There’s no free breakfast just coffee and tea. The attached restaurant and bar was closed.

This was our second time at the property and we just love it! It’s so close to restaurants, the ferry to shelter island and quaint shops. Will stay there again! Love the free parking. Love the bikes to travel throughout town. So eclectic and charming.

On this trip, we stayed in the big king room, which was dynamite!!! Although we have in the past stayed in every other room, every room has been comfortable and great. They are all located right next to the pool and hot tub which we fully enjoyed. The staff is very friendly and made us feel as if we were at home.They’re consistent in making the grounds look immaculate and beautiful, especially at night when tiki torches are lit and there’s a fire pit to sit next to, with very chill music in the background. Just very romantic and relaxing. Restaurants and Shopping are all very close and walkable and safe no matter what time of day, just a wonderful getaway. although we only stayed for two nights due to some business on Long Island, we are returning again to this hotel for another few days, we cannot wait. Highly recommend. It has become a staple of our life when we are looking for a getaway.
