La porte extérieure du stationnement ne fonctionnait pas avec le code reçu par courriel. Nous devions toujours passé par la porte donnant sur la Grande Allée est avec son grand escalier.

The hotel was clean and pleasant - glaring issue was how loud everything was. Very difficult to sleep when you can hear every door being closed and every foot step throughout the building.

L’absence de personnel à la réception peut-être parfois ressentie. Toutefois la chambre était confortable et bien propre pour un hôtel économique. L’atout principal de l’hôtel est son emplacement près du centre-ville et à distance de marche des attractions et de plusieurs restaurants. Le stationnement dans la rue y est un peu compliqué et nécessitera une dépense de $25/nuit dans les stationnements publiques environnants.

A localização do hotel é excelente, junto com seus janelões (deram lindas fotos) são o ponto alto do hotel. Infelizmente tivemos um problema na banheira que estava entupida e deixava o banheiro todo molhado. Outro ponto ruim foi o vaso sanitário que também estava entupido. Tirando esses dois transtornos, indico o hotel devido à sua localização privilegiada. O check in foi bem prático e fácil também. As camas eram confortáveis.

Quarto aconchegante, bem organizado, limpeza ok. Porém, o quarto ao lado de minha irmã estava com o banheiro entupido e sujo, além de nao ter cabideiro. Também demoraram no tempo de resposta da primeira mensagem após check in.

Driveway not plowed, hard to get in. Drain is plugged in shower. Other than that clean facility, nice room. Dont forget to pay for parking when you book, as parking is extra!

J'apprécie les check-in-out des hotels qu'on qualifie d'autonomes, le Manoir de La Tour répond donc à ce paramètre que je recherche. Malheureusement, le code d'accès transmis par courriel n'était pas valide lors de notre arrivée tardive à 22h30. My room had black mould in the shower, and the pillows smelled very bad.

In a good location. Over the weekend there was nobody around to help. Had trouble getting parking 1st night..Someone was in my spot. Emergency contact person unable to resolve.

This hotel was centrally located in an area that was convenient to so many things. Dining, historic, museums, shopping, etc. The area is charming. The property is no frills but no worries, there are so many frills around that you will not even worry. Bring good walking shoes and a smile. Note: check with your phone carrier to make sure you will have your desired coverage. We did not and had to rely on local options.

Our room number was changed 3 times in the 2 days before our stay, which was annoying. Room was small but very homey and basically clean. Had a few cobwebs and some mold in bathroom shower corners. The bed was very firm, which we didn't like, but is a personal preference. The location was perfect. Felt very safe, quiet street and only 15 min. walk from all the sites.
