古い施設だが、メンテナンスは最高。 共有バスルームだったが、全く気にならなかった。 が、騒音がすごく気になる。外廊下を普通に歩いてるだけでもまるで部屋の中を走り回っているかのような音と軋み。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーだしとても清潔だが、それだけではカバーできない施設の古さが気になる。

地理位置很好，在格林德瓦車站附近，飯店旁就有Migros、Coop超市，飯店後方擁有廣大草原及高聳壯闊的艾格峰，無敵美景就在你身旁，光是這點就超值了！家庭房可隔兩房價格不貴且含精緻早餐。飯店服務人員非常親切！整體感受很棒！推薦👍

チェックイン時に、朝早く出るならサンドイッチ作るよと言ってくれた。ハムとチーズのサンドイッチの他、クロワッサン、りんご、ゆで卵、リンゴジュースとめっちゃ豪華で美味しい朝ごはんを山の上で食べることが出来ました♪裏庭からの眺めもサイコーだし、グリンデルワルトの駅からも近くてとっても便利。部屋から隣の家？見えたけど、アイガー見えました。

アイガー北壁を望むテラス付きの部屋に泊まりました。 在室中はほとんどそこで過ごすくらい幸せな時間でした。 早朝に出発する日があり、通常の時間外に朝食をお願いしたのですが、お互いの認識にずれがあり、うまくいかないことがありました。 その際にも、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないよう、ホル側が我テ々に配慮してくださいました。 景色も素晴らしかったのですが、あたたかなスタッフに迎えられ、素敵な滞在でした。 ユングフラウ界隈もとても気に入ったので、すぐにでもまた訪れたいです。 次回ももちろんここに泊まります。

Great location for spring/fall hiking. Although, wish they had a more hearty breakfast, which would include scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. Great view with balcony room facing Eiger. Now that we are older and hiking is moving down the priority list, eating a wonderful meal in Grindelwald has become a greater priority (yes, we are foodies), and this location allows easy access to all restaurants in Grindelwald!

フレンドリーなスタッフとパンメインではあるが朝食がついていて周辺ホテルに比べ、コストバリューが良い。ただし、トイレ、バス無し部屋向けの共同トイレ、バスが、1か所であるため、使い勝手が悪い。トイレ付の部屋としていただければ問題ない。

It really was a wonderful stay. The place is an excellent location. We had a fantastic room. The staff was really magnificent. Very professional very accommodated. Very informative about the activities and what to do. They have a very good breakfast. I think is an excellent place to stay everything is very close by. They are very good restaurants around very quiet place. Very nice. I truly highly recommend this place one thing is I will recommend to have some cups of coffee in the room because they have a coffee maker, but they don’t have the coffee cups but otherwise he was absolutely fantastic. Like I mentioned I think is ideal place to stay with an absolutely beautiful view toward the mountains.

매니저 및 조식 스태프는 항상 친절했고 뭐든 도움을 주기 위해 다했습니다. 조식은 정갈하며 맛있었고 전체적으로 호텔은 청결하게 유지되고 있었습니다. 그린데발트역에서 도보 5분 정도여서 이동이 쉬우며 가까이 식당들이 많이 있어 편리했습니다.

コスパ最高の宿でした。 駅から近く立地場所よく、部屋からはアイガーがよく見えました。夕食はスーパーで買って、部屋のバルコニーで毎晩アイガーを見ながら食べました。スタッフの方もとても親切にしていただきました。また機会あれば泊まりたいです。

Great location in Grindelwald for all activities. The location was clean, served a great breakfast and had a wonderful & attentive staff. The property views were spectacular!

The staff went above and beyond from the second I walked in to check in up until I checked out.

Hair in the bathtub, old horrible pillows with rough shams instead of pillowcases. We requested extra pillows and received terribly stained old pillows. No A/C, bug bites from bunk beds overnight - worst experience ever. No ammenties such as a mini fridge or microwave, and could not buy ice anywhere. Only redeeming factor was the balcony with view. We checked out a day early due to accommodation misery.

Hotel espetacular, o dono é um amor de pessoa, muito gentil e cordial, hotel ótimo, vista perfeita para a montanha, café da manhã excelente (no último dia o dono fez pra gente levar, pois iríamos pegar um trem cedo), está de trem pertinho... Perfeito... Super indico

This was a FANTASTIC stay in Grindelwald, the location was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, great restaurants and bars around with good access to public transport. Parking and breakfast was a great added bonus! We paid extra for a Mountain View and it was well worth it. The staff were so so helpful, they gave us recommendations, were accommodating and friendly during breakfast, check-in and checkout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone travelling to Grindelwald.

Christof was very helpful as I planned my ski days. Room was simple, but clean. Breakfast was typical Swiss.
