Lovely foyer and main entry, but some areas of the hotel are a bit dated. The hotel rooms are quite spread out and paths connecting the rooms back to the hotel are not well laid out or mapped out. The guest laundry has only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, which were running constantly through the day. The parking areas are quite limited and the spaces are narrow, particularly when most vehicles are large 4WD.

Probably the best spot to stay. Central to the mall and restaurants.

Large, clean room. Great shower and plenty of toiletries. Hotel is central to everything via a short walk. Good range of eating/drinking options on site. Well serviced by buses to organised tours. Lovely surprise organised by Voyages at Field of Lights dinner for our anniversary.

Das Zimmer war sauber, WC weisst stark grünliche Kalkspuren auf und WC Ring gelblich verfärbt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und ruhig, bequeme grosse Betten. Frühstück eher teuer, schade das es nur eine Brühe als Kaffee dazu gab

Lovely appointed room, big, quiet. Everyone is friendly. Well organised. We had a wonderful stay.

Very expensive for the standard of room and hotel amenities The buffet dinner was expensive too ($104 pp) but we did enjoy the variety of food and quality. Breakfast is $42 pp if you book the day before. One resort with multiple choices of hotel. Our recommendation would be to book a cheaper hotel on the resort if you only need to have a clean room to sleep in and hot water, as everything is available as one resort.

Lovely vetandah and room. This hotel is expensive and onsite dining is very high. I would save mi ey next time and book at one of Others in Ayers Rock as they all provide same free shuttle and all 5 min walk to town center with more affordable options to eat and grocery store

Great hotel room and accommodations as part of the Ayers Rock Resort. Excellent cultural presentations and resort transportation including. Close to the airport and Uluru National Park.

The property was nice enough, nothing amazing. Breakfast $55 per person! Save yourself money and stay at one of other local resorts. You will walk to same town center for reasonable priced coffee, pastries, supermarket, pizza, etc. it’s 5 min walk from any local hotel. All local hotels have free airport pickup/drop off!

Close to all amenities and good supermarket.

There are ants in wardrobe, coffee area, toilet... The stuff told us to spray insect repellent (inside the room) and kept the rubbish bin clear, but no housekeeping (to clear the bin) till at least 3pm the next day. Room access card not working after breakfast (before 9am) on the last day, and we were not the only room has this problem. Luggage storage after check-out is just leaving our bags at the front of the hotel entrance. We understand we are in Uluru, but for a 5 stars hotel, I would expect better pest control, so that we don't need to throw food scrap and packages in the public rubbish bin near the pool.

Sails in the Desert - you are paying for the opulence of the reception and the fact you have available but chargeable spa treatments and restaurant that offer a 52 dollar breakfast buffet! Small pool but kept nicely but even out of season will be busy. But unfortunately the opulence of an advertised 5* resort does not follow through to the accommodation which at best is equivalent to a dated roadside budget motel. Save your money and stay somewhere else and what you saved pay for a helicopter flight over rock which will be a more pleasurable memory.

Absolut fantastischer Aufenthalt. Das mit Abstand beste Zimmer (und Bett) seitdem wir in Australien sind.

I could not recommend this resort enough. Staff were super accommodating and attentive to all needs. I was overly impressed by this resort and all activities and tours booked throughout. You really get your moneys worth and this is an experience everyone should get to do! Also the fine dining had one of the best affogatos I’ve ever had!

Very slick professional set up, room cleaning not totally 5star, nice bar, coffee shop breakfast choice better value if you wanted a light breakfast, all the resorts are linked and different facilities available at each.
