Had a great stay! The place was absolutely wonderful—really well maintained and easy to get to. There’s plenty of parking, which made things super convenient. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk team—they were super helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a really smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend it!

Good price for half board reservation. Nice dinner buffet. Comfortable room and bed

The room was very clean and staff was also very polite. But we felt that as per price and the standard of Marriott, the amenities were not upto the mark, and room and bathroom were small There were no bathrobes given, mini fridge was empty. The hotel doesn't have spa services.

Area around the property is noisy and dust all over the place.

Everything was spotless & had a wonderful experience here. No complaints & I hope to be back soon!

Property is in a dirty area with loud noise

Staff were great!

Very clean, excellent condition rooms and bedding, good breakfast spread. The location is very central for major city attractions. Best of all, service from bell desk, front desk (Mahipal), coffee shop (Rizwan and Vipin) and housekeeping (Satya) were all fantastic. Highly recommend if you want something nice, secure and functional in Jaipur and don’t need “fancy” or opulent.

A hotel that is accommodating but not very comfortable

Great hotel when staying in Jaipur. Rooms are modern and of western standard. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and pillows, decent shower and fabulous view from upper floors. A bit of road noise but im not sure you can avoid that anywhere in Jaipur. Staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and they have a little snack shop in reception as well as a cafe/bar on the rooftop. We would book again if we are ever in Jaipur.

The hotel is not bad. Next to a fairly busy road at least on the third floor it can get noisy at night. The staff are polite but service is lacking. They don’t seem to want to help or offer much assistance. At breakfast the disorganized state was almost amusing. It wasn’t busy but many are waiting for tables as they aren’t being cleaned. They just need training and how to prioritize. People who rate many of the hotels in India highly need to travel the world more and there would be a lot less five stars . That’s a fact

There is construction happening on the right side of the building which is so noicy and they work at night too. I was unable to sleep properly due to heavy noice and when I request the staff to change my room they didn’t call me back and they had no option for me.

Clean and modern facility, nice-sized room and a comfortable bed. Everything is straightforward. This hotel is located close to all tourist attractions which was a plus. Not exactly a five-star hotel luxury, per se, but my stay was pleasant and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and good shower. We used the gym which was small but had great equipment. The breakfast was excellent with a huge range of options. We had dinner the final night, and it was absolutely superb. The staff were all incredible friendly and helpful.

Many thanks to the team at Fairfield by Marriott for a pleasant and memorable stay for my parents and for taking such good care of them. They had a lovely time. I am glad we chose Fairfield for their first trip to Jaipur.

Very good experience. Not a lot of facilities but that’s not an issue in itself as long as you know not to expect a pool, spa, etc. Otherwise, well maintained and clean, very nice food (tried breakfast, lunch, and room service), and everyone is really nice and helpful. Also, we were given a complimentary late checkout which was great.

Absolutely Amazing! From the moment I arrived, until I left, I was treated with the utmost care and consideration. The hotel is located in the most convenient spot, easy to get around and in close proximity to the city centre and many of the local attractions. The staff were so wonderfully kind and helpful. There was never a request they did not go out of their way to assist me with. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food - delicious! Such an amazing variety of breakfast options. Overall, I would stay here again anytime I’m in Jaipur.
