Video checkin, so no human on site. My room was actually two rooms. The TV was in one on a small desk, with a single dining chair. The bed was in the other. That was it. Nowhere to sit comfortably, nowhere to put things, no way to watch TV comfortably and no human presence to ask for help. Only one plug socket in the room with the bed. Only one towel in the bathroom. It’s a budget hotel and I’m not complaining about outdated decor, but the room felt like it had been stripped of everything. It’s definitely gone downhill since I last stayed here, where it was outdated but fine. The bathroom was fine - small, but reasonably designed with places to put and hang toiletries.

I'm travelling throughout Switzerland for one month by train, so proximity to a station is important to me. This hotel fit the bill for that purpose for a three-night stay, being no more than five minutes from the station on a very direct route. It's a fairly basic property and has seen better days, but it is priced accordingly, so that was a fair trade-off for me. Breakfast options were limited, but again it was priced accordingly. One thing that threw me at first was the virtual check-in (all reception service is virtual there) because I do not recall being alerted to that when I booked, but it works fine and is staffed 24/7. Another oddity was having to switch the lights on manually when walking along the hallway and in the elevator waiting area on my floor. I've stayed in dozens of hotels in continental Europe and the UK and never encountered that before.

Unpersönlicher Kontakt per Video Mitarbeiter möchte Kassieren obwohl schon per CK bezahlt wurde. Dusche im sehr schlechtem Zustand Zimmer zur Strasse. Laut bis in die Nacht Keine Klimaanlage 🤔

Betten und gastronomisches Angebot waren gut, im Badezimmer gab es keinen Duschvorhang oder keine Abtrennung zur Dusche, so dass das ganze Waschbecken und der gesamte Baderaum nass wurde.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix, seul l'emplacement est bien ,la chambre est petite pas du tout au goût du jour, idem pour la salle d'eau; quant au pdj c'est le strict minimum dommage car le personnel est sympathique...

We needed to check in two hours early because we needed to feed our 6 month old granddaughter. The baby was not staying at the hotel but was with us right then before she was picked up. We had the hotel for two nights. I got sick the day before and we called to cancel the first night. We were told we had to pay for both nights, Feb. 22 and 23, which was OK. But then we were not allowed admittance to the room.It was our room - we needed it and it had been our room since the day before. The room had been sold to someone else. We had to feed the baby on a park bench in the cold. We also asked how to take a bus to the Giannada art museum. The gal gave us a convoluted way to find the bus - we walked a mile or two - never found the bus and walked to the museum. Guess what - the bus stop was across from your hotel as we found out when we came home. Horrific service. However, when we did finally check in later that day, the second woman was very sweet and helpful.

Au centre ville, facile à trouver, parking gratuit, personnel agréable et souriant, petit bémol vu que l’hôtel n’a pas encore mis le chauffage, un radiateur électrique pour se doucher aurait été apprécié. A bientôt nous reviendrons .

Très bon emplacement au cœur de ville. Personnel sympathique surtout la jeune fille du PDJ. Pas de clim dans les chambre mais ventilateur
