Chambre parfaite. Tranquille. Le mur qui donne sur la rue est un peu déficient coté insonorisation on entend les gens parler sue le trottoir. Ceci dit jy retournerai sans hésiter.

Chambre très belle et très propre. Le service de nuit a été absent… Il a eu des bagarres dans les corridors, du monde qui criaient et j’en passe… Je n’ai pu dormir de la nuit et j’ai quitté vers 5h am car cela n’avait pas arrêté. Très déçu de ce séjours car j’avais déjà dormi la et j’avais été très satisfait.

Fire hazard in the room , extension cord everywhere and multiple things plugged on the same outlet.visible wire showing behind heaters, broken switch on the bathroom mirror. Spider webs on the bathroom window. You can hear everything inside and outside of the building. Staff is not available at the front desk. The waitress that served me was really nice tho . I think her name was Vicky. The whole thing is a little below okay. Won't be my choice next time

It remains my favorite place in Baie-Comeau. I stay here almost every four weeks, so I am a frequent guest.

Très long pour avoir de l’eau chaude pour la douche, lit super confortable. Chambre vieillot et très bruyant car peu insonorisation.

No elevator, restaurant was closed for the first half of my visit, and we lost power from 8:30pm to 5:30am my second night there. No emergency lighting in rooms or corridors. That being said, room was big, cozy, well stocked. Bed was comfortable.

I have stayed here more than once I could say from july to 2025 to january 2026 6 times aready and still I'm considering it as my place to transit. This time, communication at the front desk felt abrupt. When calling from my room to report smoking in the corridor, the call was disconnected once and the follow-up interaction fel rushed. The issue was addressed, but the guest experiencce would benefit from more attentive communication. The room was perfect and I rested, except when the smell of smoke was getting into my bedroom.

La chambre est un peu sombre et on entend beaucoup les bruits extérieurs, mais sachez que c'est un vieux bâtiment, donc l'insonorisation fait un peu défaut. Propreté de la chambre impeccable. Pour un court séjour, ça convient très bien.
