Very airy and comfortable room with a window from which to watch birds in the garden

Great location, very convenient to everywhere; breakfast is always good, and when we need to go early before sunrise, they help to package the food. And in the eating area, you can watch the beautiful birds too. Staff are very friendly and helpful

We were so glad we chose the Margarit for our stay in Mindo! Margarita and her staff were wonderful hosts who made sure all our needs were met. Our room was lovely, sparkling clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts and other meals were great. The location was perfect - nestled in the trees, allowing us to watch birds from our room and from the lobby, but within easy walking distance from town.

This hotel is very clean, well situated, and the staff are very friendly. There is a great view point from the common area & it was quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Margarit is a wonderful hostess with wonderful accommodations, just footsteps from the centre of Mindo. Alongside a river, it is quiet, cozy, with nature at the doorstep.

We had such a great time at Margarit. Friendly professional team running this relaxing, hip, perfectly located Mindo hotel. Enjoy the social area that features a close-up hummingbirds experience. Great food. Great rooms with lush jungle views. Will return !

The hotel was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay, and the staff is so nice and helpful. Thanks to Mariella and Carolina! Hummingbirds are coming in the lobby, and we had breakfast watching these amzing birds. Fantastic!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Mindo, and the owner and her family are lovely.

Beautiful property within walking distance to all attractions. The room is spacious with great bedding and modern bathroom, the staff are wonderful, breakfast is great. There are hundreds of birds and hummingbirds within a few feet from breakfast. Birds come to you in this hotel and you really don’t need to go anywhere to see them

This hotel was second to none. Comfortable big beds, delicious food and reliable wifi. I love how they fill the bird feeders in the morning so you can see lots of birds from the bedroom sliding doors or the dining area. Margarita went above and beyond for me, from organizing taxis to helping me organize how to make the most of my time in Mindo. Her staff were all so friendly and helpful and genuinely hope you have the best time during your stay. Can’t say enough good things about this place!
