The room was so clean, all the staff helped with my broken Spanish, and I was able to get a ride from the airport late in the evening. Only challenge was the early wake up for breakfast with my room being right next to the restaurant. I'm sure the rooms upstairs are nice and quite in the morning for a light sleeper light me.

I wouldn't recommend staying here because it is very difficult to find. Maps cannot find it, the address is wrong, and there is a rude security guard at the Colonia entrance who was not helpful for finding it.

Residencial and private community was very clean, secured, quiet, and friendly. Room was spotless, comfortable, and calm. Breakfast was perfect!

El personal de la recepción no fue atento. En particular la recepcionista del turno 30 de diciembre 25. Solo nos indicó la habitación. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente de la ducha, le comenté de esta situación y cómo se podía arreglar y solo nos dijo 'gire la perilla del lado izquierdo', cosa que ya había hecho, no dio alternativas de solución. El agua que salía de la ducha, además de no salir agua caliente, salía con una fuerza que lastimaba. La llave del lavabo tenía fuga y salpicaba por todos lados. La habitación más pequeña de lo mencionado en su descripción. Solo el desayuno estuvo bueno y la atención de la mesera. Así como la disposición de un vehículo que nos llevó al aeropuerto.

Stayed overnight to get to airport. Before I left I pulled back the blankets to check if I left anything and found dirty sheets with footprints and stains. The sheets were never changed before I got there. At check out I notified the front desk who promptly had them changed.

Chambre propre, mais c’est le bruit des autres voyageurs entrants tard sans se soucier du bruit qu’ils font et personne de l’accueil pour leur rappeler le silence. Les murs et portes sont très mal insonorisés et pour le prix payé, ça n’est pas une bon rapport qualité/prix finalement. Bon déjeuner et employée à notre arrivée était très sympathique et serviable. Service de transport à l’aéroport inclus, ce qui est bien. Merci

This was a really good hostel. First it’s centrally located to the city. Secondly, the entire staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good fourth the hostel was spotless. It’s a new hostel and it’s very well run. I would give it six stars if I could especially liked Rodrigo and Jenny Behind the front desk.

En la madruga eran las 3 am se escucha demasiado ruido y las personas hablando como si fueran las 6om de la tarde deberían tener consideración para los que tenemos sueño lijero

The room was spotless. The staff was courteous and they served a very good breakfast. No complaints at all.
