The staff named Hasan was very helpful. He was always respectful and caring. He took care of us to the best of his abilities. We really appreciate all the supports we received from him.

I left feeling incredibly well taken care of—thanks in large part to the hospitality shown by the food service staff. Makella and provided excellent customer service. The property is clean and well maintained. Keep In mind office closed at night. Several people were accidentally locked out of their rooms with no way back in. Makella provides her cell number, make sure and same it incase this happens to you. Over all, highly recommend this property

Staff was very helpful and provided great service! They treated us like royalty, and arranged for a car to be brought to us at the Akrotiri ruins.

Un séjour reposant hors du chaos touristique estival. L’inconvénient : les chantiers de réhabilitation des infrastructures aux abords de l’hôtel. Une équipe aux petits soins, mention particulière à Olga pour son sourire et sa disponibilité.

Super Suit mit großer Terrasse und Warmpool. Ganz nettes Personal, die Frau am Rezeption hatte uns geholfen, Auto zu mieten, Tour und Transferservice zu organisieren. Und noch ein Man hatte unseren Koffer nach oben und runter getragen. Wirklich super Service. Das Hotelrestaurant ist edel, feine Sushi und sonstige japanisches Essen. Frühstück auch sehr lecker. Das View von der Terrasse ist traumhaft! Wir werden wieder hier bleiben wenn wir nächstes Mal nach Santorini kommen.

The staff was the best and the restaurant is excellent. A different (quiet) part of the island, which was fun to see! Need a car rental, but worth it to see all the beaches!

Very poor customer service and communication. Any reservations made through the hotel is CONTROLLED by the hitel and you are not allowed to communicate directly with the company you have booked something with. Makes things very frustrating and results in poor service all around. Rooms was dirty and mold in the shower. On-site restaurant was terrible! Strongly do not recommend this property.

This hotel was very cozy and had every luxury offered in an unique way The only thing is that it was far from town but we ended up renting a car 55$ per day and we went everywhere. Their service is great, friendly and caring for their guests. I had a great time

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem Privat Whirlpool. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück hat und zum Start in den Tag super gefallen. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
