Overall enjoyed the property , the bed is one of the worst that i've slept in and kind of ruined the stay

Booked room having been advised of a security deposit. Hotels.com once booked is non-refundable. Once room was booked and paid for, we were advised the security deposit would be more than double and held for 7 days after checkout. Not willing to pay this. Lost the funds paid for room.

Wonderful place

It was simply excelrnt place to stay and relax. I highly recomend it to all visitors to Hamilton.

I couldn't get in the building until someone came out because the door codes they gave didn't work so once I was in had to stay in for the two days I was there. There was also no internet they told me to restart it still didn't work

A well-located, nice apartment with a few minor repairs that should be completed...kitchen sink tap fell off, tub drain broken and unable to divert water from shower to tub. Odd layout where tv cannot be viewed from bedroom or main sofa.

This apartment is lovely and well equipped.

Great place to stay

Nothing...I booked the location I wanted because my brother is handicapped..and after I paid ..they sent me a check in for a different address...that had stairs and was above a storefront...A place I would never book

Many homeless people, not scary but sad

Gorgeous apartment in the middle of down town. A walk away from many entertainments and good restaurants.

Give it one star for trying to make it attractive. But otherwise, would never ever stay with GlobalStay again. There is no television streaming. The TV didn't work. Sent them no less than 9 emails complaining as the only reason we booked there was to have access to some entertainment. After receiving several emails implying we were dullards who didn't know how a tv works, then nothing. Went to clean up on last day and someone had left a bag of dirty liquid next to laundry. When it spilled everywhere we had to clean that too. Requested discount for the lack of television. No response. Still waiting on return of deposit one week later. Half expect them to blame us for the TV and not return it. Entire operation seems like a scam.

The only issue I had was that the tv did not work at all. It comes on but it’s not a smart tv, no fire stick. So you are stuck looking at a black screen with a box. I reached out to someone that tried to tell me it was a smart tv. After sending a piciture he told me the maintenance people would be in contact. I never heard nothing from anyone. Please upgrade the tv!

Beautiful and amazing place

The apartments are extremely well decorated and have been fully stock with all the essentials.
