The hotel located near to the main hot spot of Tumon was really easy for me who just spent time relaxing and hanging around. The staff was welcoming. I had a good time at this hotel.

清潔で必要十分、ビーチもコンビニも近く、コスパ良い

客室はとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。スタッフさんもいつもニコニコ笑顔をくれて、親切でした！

직원들이 밝고 친절했습니다. 접근성이 좋아 주변에 식당, ABC마트도 가깝고 좋았어요. 렌트카 있는 상태에서 여러곳 돌아다니기에는 가성비 좋은 숙소였어요.

部屋の古さは否めませんが、スタッフは皆さん素晴らしかったです

Staff were excellent, shower design poor, everything got wet. Stayed in premier suite and for the price? Limited Hangers only 4, had to request, outlets for chargers, 1 chair was on verge of breaking, no iron, only 2 public washers/ dryers for entire hotel. And 1 intermittently worked. No place to get cash to use washers(no ATM). The bathroom, minimal hooks, no place to put towels or change of clothes...high point was staff very friendly and accommodating. Facility amenities were poor for a premier suite.

アメニティもあり良かったですが、 トイレにトイレットペーパーを流してはいけないというのがびっくりしました。 お風呂はガラス戸が半分しかなかったので水浸しにならないように浴びるのが少し大変でした。 値段相応かな、と思います。

ホテル自体は古いものをリノベーションしている雰囲気はありますが、基本的に過ごしやすく、スタッフもみな親切でした。 事前に荷物や送迎についてもメールで確認ができ助かりました。栓抜きも新しく開けて貸してくれ助かりました！ 中心部からは少し離れておりますが、バス停・ビーチ・ABCストアが近くにあります。 歩いて移動も可能です。

Bathroom was very poorly designed can’t take a shower without water all over the floors creating a possibleity of slips. Which is a hazardous.

Dino, the hotel manager or hotel employee went above and beyond on customer care and service. Awesome hotel to stay. Took care of my two nieces. Will refer hotel to friends and relative. More power to oyu. Merry Christmas.

Room was better then expected

Rain Shower head was separated and made more like a water fall. The layout of the bathroom/Shower was such that water ran all over the floor in the bathroom. There was a indirect light in the ceiling that could not be turned off - way to bright in the night

Clean property, excellent customer service from EVERYONE!! Awesome property.

Overall it was ok.

The rooms were nice but they were not clean the floors were dirty a the a/c do not work in the room the phones do not work in the room and when I call for service I waited on the staff for over an hr
