The Tano Suite was perfect for a family of four. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner, even do our laundry. You can walk to the beach, some restaurants and even the Catholic Church

Simple, clean, comfortable, easy.

The only washing machine for all the guests was not working.

Elevators were broken. Other then that a very nice place

立地も良く、ビーチにも行きやすかったです。スタッフの方も、優しく日差し等心配して日傘貸してくれたり、優しく声かけてくれました。部屋も綺麗でアメニティも揃っていて過ごしやすかったのですが、部屋入った瞬間スナックの匂いが凄くしたのがびっくりしました。前の人が食べてこぼしたのかな、、！？

시설이 new하고 청결했다. 24시간 편의점, Fitness도 좋았다. 다만 밤에도 음악이 틀어있었고 수건2장이라 좀 부족했다.

Hotel is newly renovated and in a good location. Only negative is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on around you.

Great place to stay for business trip. Very practical price and hospitality.

Good condition frendly staff reasonable price

방 2개 화장실 2개가 있는 룸에 머물렀습니다. 전체적으로 다 좋았지만 2박 3일동안 방 청소를 하지 않는 대신 수건을 가져다 달라고 요청하였지만, 1시간뒤에도 가져다 주지 않았고, 이후 다시 수건을 가져다 달라고 요청했지만 또 가져다 주지 않았습니다. 결국 직접 하우스키핑하시는 분을 찾아가 수건을 받아왔습니다. 서비스는 최악입니다. 수영장은 이용하지않았습니다.

Nice rooms but some maintenance is needed. Problem with toilet and getting clean towels.

I've stayed at the Hotel Tano twice now on overnight layovers. The hotel is recently remodeled. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the beds, bedding, and linens are great, the other amenities are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I originally chose this hotel because they offer airport shuttle service, which is reasonably priced and very reliable. The hotel is on a side street set back from a busy road, but the rooms are quiet. I can't say much about the neighborhood because I arrive late at night and leave early the next morning.

I only stayed for a quick night visit. The hotel is fairly new. There is still some minor work going on, but it did not interfere in any way with my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The room was spacious, well furnished, quiet and very clean. The bathroom was a good size with a very nice shower. They offered a lot of toiletry items. The pool area was very nice. The location was terrific. Literally a two minute walk from Tumon Restaurant and entertainment area and an easy 10 minute or so walk to the beach.

Every single staff was so nice and helpful. It was a bit hard to shower with no shower room door but I had relaxed stay.

There’s a stain on the bed sheet. Just very unfortunate.
