I booked a king through you with them and when we got to the property, they told me the room hadn’t been selected and I said yes it had. I had booked a king room and he said we don’t have any so we are now in a queen. No apologetic accommodations were given like here’s a complementary muffin in the morning. No adjustment on my cost which a king costs more than a queen. I’m pretty upset with you and them.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The Staff was very friendly and professional.

Beautiful property and lovely lobby. The Steakhouse was good. We were traveling in a Motorhome, plenty of parking space.

Needs better service; no one greeted us and it was 10:30 pm after a 16 hour drive. Waited for a while and then had to ask the security to go find someone. The room was beautiful BUT the desk can work on making sure the number of guests equals the number of washcloths and necessities in the room at checkin or prior to.

This is a very nice hotel in Wichita Falls but the cleaning needs to be better. There is dust on lamps and in the bathroom that definitely need more attention to.

Wow doesn’t cover it. This is not a 2-Star hotel. I’d love to come back for a quick excursion. I was quite surprised and impressed. Cheers! 🏨🍺🍕

A stunning property in the middle of nowhere! For the price, it was amazing. Most expensive hotel around but still only $125 per night. Well worth it. Wish we could have stayed and enjoyed it more but we were on a road trip to Amarillo. Beautiful, grand hotel with a great vibe and better price. Staff was super friendly and room was great.

The hotel is nice. If you are traveling on a budget, this is not the place. They will charge a $100 incidental deposit to your card at check in.

The hotel was gorgeous. Loved the decor and ambiance. The only criticism I have is that the bathroom floor in my room did not look like it had been mopped. But everything else was clean and tidy.

Poor communication and while checking in

It was a beautiful hotel with great amenities. I had a fabulous meal at the steak house and ended my night with a cocktail at the bar. I will be staying here again when I am in town.

This was a last-minute decision due to a change of venue for our grandson's graduation. Everything was great.
