Great hotel

The mint house was a perfect, easy stay! The room was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed being able to cook when we wanted to. The staff was friendly and the location is in the heart of the city.

Everything was fantastic except for parking situation and access to effective ride share availability. Top notch place to stay.

It was a nice stay. Other my room not getting cleaned an more towels it was good.

Great stay! Beds need improvement the mattress is not very comfortable. My only complaint.

Overall Great for the Price! Cleaning could have been slightly better but it was not bad and we had a more than pleasant stay!

This was my third stay at the Mint House St. Pete and it was amazing as usual! I will be back again! The location can’t be beat. It is very walkable to lots of amazing restaurants and bars. The units are modern and clean with all the extras you could possibly want including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. I book the poolside room and it is perfect with patio walk-out to the pool

Really cool location right in the heart of downtown without sacrificing security or cleanliness!! Excellent all around!

Unless you want to pay for valet parking, you need to plan to hunt for a spot and walk. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No creamer or sugar. No smoking areas anywhere. I understand you don’t want people smoking in common areas, but they could at least provide a bench somewhere out of the way.

Me and my Fiance had a wonderful stay! It’s prime location, which was a plus, you pretty much can walk to all local restaurants. The only downside is you’re a bit futher from the beach, but you can honestly take a scooter, bike or walk and be at the nearest beach in less than 10 mins. We will definitely book again when we visit st Pete! Thank you!
