Stayed with my boyfriend at this hotel for a concert at TD Coliseum. We stayed just for 2 days/1 night but left very satisfied.
From the start it was a great experience - we arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled check in at 3PM but we were luckily able to check in early since our room was ready for us.
We had booked a single king bed room and it was super comfortable. We also found ourselves a bit chilly during the night but the heating was very easy to figure out.
The washroom was quite clean as well. The shower was probably as clean as they could get (there were some marking on the bottom of the tub but they seemed to be the kind that appear when being used frequently) and there were lots of towels of different sizes. I had brought my own hair tools but they do provide a hair dryer.
The only thing that I think could’ve been improved in the room was the TV - I really wish they had a smart TV so we could connect to either Youtube or Netflix. We did go through the cable channels but a lot of the channels we might’ve been interested in were not available which was a bummer but not a deal breaker by any means.
Breakfast was pleasant and easy to navigate. They had sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and a waffle/pancake station where you can cook using their batter.
Also super close to the bus stop. Was able to get on our GO bus just outside the hotel and around the corner - so convenient!
Will stay here for our next concert in August!!
