The rooms were much smaller than expected, but up-to-date and spotless. The breakfast was loaded with a variety of delicious options. Knowledgeable, professional staff.

Lovely staff, clean hotel and great location

I was impressed with how friendly staff were when we arrived and when we returned back at the end of the day. The room was lovely and very clean.

Great modern hotel, with very nice and helpful staff!

I was very disappointed with my stay here. The most unacceptable part was being charged 1 euro per hour to store my luggage after checkout. I’ve stayed in over five hotels in Portugal—all within the same price and accommodation level—and this was the only one that charged guests for luggage storage. This policy felt exploitative and unwelcoming. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and the mattress sunk significantly. The shower was very cramped, making it hard to move around.

Good hotel, friendly staff, very clean. Just a bit far from the metro which they can't do anything about.

Fine if you don't mind walking hills, it is a little out of the centre so a walk uphill all the way home, or of course user public transport where possible. It was clean and tidy. The only two points to make was that I was advised the minibar could be restocked, the only time I wanted this was one evening when I got home for the day I just wanted my water replenished however was told this could only be done by housekeeping during their morning rounds; I therefore couldn't get any more water until the following day. The other thing was that if you want to store your luggage on the day you leave between checkout and leaving for your flight you have to way €5 per bag; in all my European city breaks at various hotels I've never experienced this.

Voyage à Lisbonne, du 28 avril au 03 mai, coupure de courant géante! Voyage annulé, on demande le remboursement de nos nuits d'hôtel. L'hôtel répond rapidement et nous demande de voir ça avec Expiedia! Ce que nous faisons, après plus de 15 jours, toujours pas de réponse. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de la panne de courant et c'est pourtant nous qui sommes pénalisé! Pas content (pour être poli)

Very modern hotel. Rooms were small but enough for us to be comfortable. Staff ,especially Pinky and Alfonso and the early morning staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and fresh.Staff in breakfast area were also very accommodating . especially Samir and Arif. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to all travellers.5 stars
