I’m very unsatisfied with my experience with the company managing this property (Envitae). Although the apartment was nice, the lack of communication from the property management company (Envitae) made this experience very unpleasant. I was taken through an extensive process after purchasing the stay through Expedia, which included multiple forms, sending my identification, and LinkedIn page information. The phone number provided for customer service doesn’t lead to an actual person, so when I showed up at the location it took almost 30 min to check-in. The staff told me that they are working to discontinue partnership with Envitae and I can understand why. I was told I would receive a call back from the management t to rectify the situation and I still have not. Overall, I’m very unhappy with this experience and hope to prevent a similar experience for anyone else who is seeking a Stay in downtown Chicago.
