Nice room nice receptionist recommend

Proche de la place centrale, à deux rue du centre , tranquille, confortable, personnel sympathique, pas de fenêtre extérieur dans la chambre familiale, c’est le seul point négatif mais on n’est pas passé du temps à l’hôtel en réalité. Propre. Ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner simple pour les excursions à 6h.

Very nice.

The building looks very nice, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly and they were able to accommodate our request for an early departure and provided an adequate bag breakfast. However, the rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. The door didn't close square to the doorframe and the window looked out onto a hallway with a light on until quite late without a room darkening curtain. This resulted in a bright and loud bedroom space and made it extremely difficult to sleep. Many guests left very early (before 3am) so it was very noisy almost all night long. They also had lost the 2nd key for our room which resulted in a delayed check in and we were ultimately required to leave our key at the front desk, which was a minor annoyance but added to the overall lackluster experience.

This hotel was your standard 3-Star accommodation. After staying in Lima for a few days prior my expectation was really high. However this hotel was a bit of a let down. **Cons: * Pretty small space for three guests, * Ants in the bathroom, * Cold room - With only one mid-sized space heater, the room remained cold most of the time. Although we weren't in the room too much due to our packed schedule; it was pretty uncomfortable at night, b/c it was cold outside - Sigh, * The breakfast was pretty one note.. It was good in that it filled our bellies before embarking on our scheduled tours, however nothing fancy. **Pros: *Location, location, location... Guests are literally feet away from the city center, which is one of the main reasons why I booked it, * The staff was awesome.. They were all professional, kind, helpful, & friendly: Royer, Sebastian, Luz, Kevin, & Rosa!!! After being away all day (touring) it felt good to return to such a great staff! Overall... If the listed cons aren't deal breakers for you then I highly recommend this hotel. However, if you're more like me, & prefer to have central air / heat, & not to share your bathroom with ants then by all means book some place different.

Bonne localisation mais malheureusement dans une rue de bars et discothèques. Musique et bruit exterieur par conséquent jusqu'au petit matin. Buffet de petit déjeuner qui mériterait d'être plus exhaustif. Personnel tres aimable et seviable et tres disponible.

It was a perfect location. And the staff was the best from all the hotels we stayed over at Peru. Super friendly and helpful!

Limited access to pick you up, I been poisoned in them restaurant than they don’t have a kitchen, bring in the food for some where else, they charge me for the poisoned food plus a fee for pay with credit card, plus I didn’t request service in the room with my DND privacy sign they went thru my room and some body took my super charger cube than I left in the outlet. Staff horrendous no solution, no empathy. Please don’t waste your money in this place, ruin my vacation with the poisoned food.

Deben mejorar el tema del olor de los sifones de los baños.. En mi habitacion 305 ese olor fetido era terrible.

The location is great, close to everything. The problem was that when people make noise in the corridor, I easily could hear that specifically during the night. Rooms are cold during winter, even with a heater if the size of the room is big, it takes forever to warm up the room.

Por el precio es buen hotel. Solo que el Baño se traspasa todo al Cuarto y no hay ventanas

A equipe do hotel é excelente. Todos muito atenciosos. Localização muito próxima a Plaza de Armas.

We stayed 3 different times during our time in Cusco. Each stay was in a different room. All were good. Little to no street noise.

O hotel é excelente em vários aspectos, destaco a localização privilegiada, próximo ao principal ponto de Cusco, que é a Praça das Armas, mas nao fica na muvuca, a rua é pouco movimentada e segura. Atendimento muito hospitaleiro, café da manhã bom e com box lunch, para os dias que os passeios saem na madrugada. Hotel no geral aconchegante, quartos espaçosos e com água com boa pressão e quentinha. Uma escolha excelente de hospedagem em Cusco.

Problemas para controlar el agua caliente, había muchas variaciones.

Muy bien ubicada, excelente atención del personal. El agua caliente en el baño se iba por momentos, el desayuno fue regular.

Viajamos en pareja y fue una estancia muy agradable, el hotel esta muy cerca de plaza de armas, además tiene cerca buenos restaurantes. Lo que más nos gustó fue el excelente servicio de parte de los recepcionistas Sebastián, Royer, Kevin y Luz ya que nos apoyaron mucho en contrataciones de tours, restaurantes o tips de la ciudad de Cusco. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme.

Buen hotel, personal siempre atento de tus necesidades, muy cercano a plaza de armas y atractivos principales

This is as a good hotel for our two nights there. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious and very quiet at all hours. The front desk upgraded us to a king bed room for no additional charge and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located to the main square, shops and restaurants. The only downsides were intermittent water pressure and temperatures in the shower and the breakfast needs help. Terrible coffee.

Me gusto? Atencion , desayuno, limpiesa, excelente. Todo el personal tambiem excelente. Luz , excelente. Hubicacion del hotel : no muy bien. Pero de cualquiel manera lo recomiendo. Gracias.
