街の中心から徒歩圏内であるが、少し離れているので、部屋から見える景色が最高です😃 お部屋もバスタブあり満足です。　バーでウェルカムドリンクもあって　リゾート気分満喫です

Das Nachtessen war excellent. Das Frühstückbuffet hingegen ist etwas abgefallen ,auch war das Personal nicht gleich proaktiv wie am Abend. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bzw. die Matratzen eher weich, aber ich habe bestens geschlafen.

Stayed for 1 week. Fantastic experience. Highlights were friendly staff, good breakfast and pretty much a private spa every night (we visited in July) - I imagine it would get busy quickly as it's very small but kept very clean. Very good sauna. Basic rooms but all you need in an area with so much outdoor activities to do.

Nicole at the front desk was very nice and welcoming and gave us perfect directions to pick up our super summer pass. He also had good tips for visiting Lago di Braise. Breakfast was also very good!

Nossa estadia neste hotel foi uma grata surpresa! Ficamos por dois dias e tudo superou nossas expectativas. O café da manhã foi, sem dúvida, o melhor de toda a nossa viagem: variedade, qualidade e tudo muito bem apresentado. Um verdadeiro destaque! O atendimento da recepção também foi excelente, sempre muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. A localização do hotel é perfeita, muito central, com fácil acesso a tudo. O quarto foi outro ponto alto da experiência. A cama era super confortável e, para quem valoriza um bom sono, o sistema de blackout foi sensacional! Não é uma cortina comum… é um painel embutido que desce por meio de uma engrenagem ao lado da janela/varanda e deixa o quarto completamente escuro, o que garantiu noites de sono incríveis. Além disso, o chuveiro merece menção especial: foi, de longe, o melhor banho de toda a nossa viagem. Pressão perfeita, temperatura estável… uma delícia! Recebemos ainda um drink de cortesia no bar, o que foi uma surpresa muito agradável. Em um dos dias, precisávamos de taças e um abridor de vinho, e o pessoal da recepção e do bar prontamente nos ajudou, com muita simpatia. O hotel tem uma varanda tão charmosa e com uma vista tão bonita que, em uma das noites, acabamos preferindo ficar por lá, apreciando o cenário, ao invés de sair para jantar. Enfim, foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Um lugar que com certeza recomendamos e que gostaríamos de voltar!

I loved the room with windows looking out on the beautiful city. The windows open to allow in the fresh mountain air. Service was perfect! The whirlpool and steam room were so nice after hiking during the day.

Hotel sensacional, desde o atendimento, conforto, limpeza, segurança, simpatia de todos os funcionários. Café da manhã delicioso e com fartura. Jantamos duas vezes e foi maravilhoso. Isabella was welcoming and of great help when we asked for advice about the area, restaurants, and places to visit. The property is walkable to old town and lots of restaurants. It is incredibly clean and quiet.
