Staff are polite and mean well but - rooms were not cleaned well - despite 3 of us being in a room, only 2 towels were provided daily - in the morning we would ask for baby milk and take away lattes, it would take 30-45min to arrive and even then there would be mistakes in the order Decent size rooms and proximity to the mall are the only advantage.

Clean rooms, lady in front desk was very helpful and constant checking on how was my stay.

Rooms were super clean, and staff provided complimentary tea as there was some delay at check-in. Breakfast was amazing and had overwhelming choices of food to eat from !

Nice room and next to a mall. Location is a small distance away from maij town which is good (less crowded)

I wish the rooms were next to reach other.

Hotel and service was very good. Only issue is I was spoiled by the top of the top in service before staying here. Otherwise 5 stars.

hotel is a five star. the staff and the concierge were very helpful, extended assistance to get me a train tickets to jaipur and new delhi. granted my request for a late check out. breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices, continental and indian cuisines. it’s highly recommended and will stay again.

Overall ambience, location of the hotel is good. Rooms were smaller and a bit congested. Food was really good.

1. No hot water in the bathroom. Not resolved even after raising it with the front desk. 2. Amex Cards do not work. 3. Salted peanuts not available in the bar. 4. Accompaniments like Fried Papad were charged.

Very nice! I just wish I will stay longer. The breakfast was very nice as well.

The hotel is centrally located and has a very friendly staff and clean rooms

Overall a good place. But surrendering is not great. Breakfast is okay. Small hotel with only 4 floors.
