Chambre impeccable, endroit magnifique

The hotel and room were fantastic! What a great location, close to the center and to the gondola. Staff were so friendly, two restaurants right on location with a wonderful breakfast. Great music to listen to you while serving your food with the lovely staff to welcome you in the morning. Definitely recommend, we will stay here again in the future for sure. Thank you.!!

Accueil hôtel très bonne. Suite très bien pour la famille de 4 personnes. restaurant Italien, serveurs pro et sympa, nourriture de mauvaise qualité ( pizza et plat enfants). Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont une grande déception de notre séjour.

Chambre très moderne et meublée de manière conviviale. La TV Samsung est récente, par contre la luminosité de la TV était trop faible et il n'est pas possible de la régler.

Dans la moyenne pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Bonne localisation, parking gratuit, bonne insonorisation des chambres. Literie pas très confortable. Pain surgelé au petit déjeuner.

Only outdoor parking available. It started to snow this morning, so it is a bit inconvenient to load luggages.

Very good value for money. Excellent help and service from Carole, the manager, and her sister who both went that extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.

L’hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. Super bien placé également proche du centre et des télécabines, parfait pour nos randonnées. Le seul point négatif serait que le personnel des restaurants en dessous de l’hôtel jette les déchets (bouteilles) dans les conteneurs entre 22h et minuit…pas très agréable.

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité / prix, très grande chambre en très bon état ; literie un poil rigide, mais personnel extrêmement accueillant et attentif; merci beaucoup.
