Air conditioner was not the best but after I told the front desk they offered to move me to a different room. We didn’t bother because it was not horrible just not as cooling as we like but it did an ok job. Staff was great, room was clean and acceptable, price for what you got was amazing!

Very large room, could have had a dining table and chairs in it.

There were no outlets in the bathroom to use your hair dryer. The front doors were locked to the front desk. They use a pass thru window from outside day or night. Room was very old and musty. AC did not work real well.

Room was overpriced for what we got, which was no blanket, no coffee maker, no toiletries, only one little bar of soap. Need to install shelfs, or bars in shower. The step below the door needs lowered. We tripped a fell because of the high step. It was convenient, but we will not be booking this one when we are in the area again.

The property looked well kept and clean. The room was bigger than I expected and clean. The only complaint I could really give is low lighting, the tv was very far from the bed, and the bed didn't have a proper comforter and seemed more like a curtain.

No extra toilet paper in the room. Had to go up to the front desk to get a roll. Check in at cashier window implies it is a by the hour motel. Bad vibe to check into

Would not recommend this place to anyone

It was absolutely gross. Walking into our room, there was urine all over the seat. Nothing looked like it was clean.

Definitely would stay here again.

We needed a hotel close to DeLand, Fl. This was great spot.

The walls in the bathroom were mildewed and peeling. I was afraid to use the shower barefoot. The cleaning lady knocked on my door at 10:30 and asked if I checked out which is not until 11:00. I had one more day reserved but I cancelled and found another place to stay. I would never stay there again.

Please DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL, absolutely disgusting, I forfeited my money because I refused to stay there, the clerk or general manager, whom ever she was , was very rude. This place should be shut down.
