It was a great hotel. Very frendly staff.

I like the staff. However, my first night wasxa nightmare. The room was not prepared (no towels, no toilet paper, soiled linen, etc.). I was finally able to get a better room, but it was inhabited by insects. After the initially horrible first day, the rest of my stay was more satisfactory.

Hidden Gem. Great value for your money.

There was no air-conditioning in the room. A male restaurant staff tried to make me pay more for what he said was free. Airport transportation driver delayed for one hour.

No clean no good breakfast no ice maker, no tissue in the room,elevator is not working sometimes .

Friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodation, great value for money, easy transport anywhere via taxi ( though it takes a little explanation where the hotel is located.) Would definitely stay again. Thanks to the Ivy Hotel for making my stay in Ethiopia great

Everything was perfect, the shuttle on time, the reception was very kind. The room is clean, a confortable bed, there are accessories in the like towels, shampoo, body wash, shower cap, hair dryer. The service was very good
