The room was not cleaned. The bathroom had stuff all up the walls. It was yuck. When you showered the bathroom flooded. There was water everwhere. Then when unpacking the car at the door there was grass and dirt everywhere. I ducted the mat and you still had everything go inside so the floor was dirty. We could not keep the stuff out.

Great room very clean, no check in staff , had to ring a phone number on arrival but other than that it was great , we were the only people in the place , aircon was fantastic 😎.

Comfy bed, hot shower, fresh decor and quality linen. Beautiful garden area and the pool looks very inviting for when the weather warms up.

Rooms could be spruced up a bit more. More lighting outside of a night time

Quiet,clean and near the beach

This property is quite secluded. Over all generally ok. Communication could have been a little better.

Great location. Comfortable enough but parts weren't very clean.

The place was clean and neat. Beautiful setting near beach (but no swimming). Some minor plumbing oddities. Be aware that their restaurant is open Wed-Sun, so on Mon & Tues you have to drive carefully to avoid wiildlife 20 minutes away.

Lovely meals in a really nice setting

We enjoyed our stay at Bramston Beach. Our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The setting is lovely and the beach close for a walk. Sadly the owners were called away urgently before we arrived and, therefore the restaurant was closed and there’s no other eateries nearby. The property itself needs a little TLC to return it to its former glory.

Good meal and service

Air Conditioner didn't work. Mattresses were very firm. WiFi was weak and intermittent at best. Water from shower overflows onto bathroom floor - a lot. Staff hospitable. Perfect location. Quiet. Parking was awkward.

The rooms are newly refurbished and had the basics we needed. Kids loved the pool and the spacious grassed area. So convenient to the beautiful beach. Some advertising has an old phone number online that's not used so that was annoying. The restaurant looks nice but just expect basics (couldn't do a pizza on a Saturday night as the chef wasn't there).
