The airport pickup and drop-off service were great. Staffs are friendly and courteous.

Great hotel. Very convenient to the airport ... float planes ... ferry ... domestic flights. Great staff. The airport pick up and drop off is a fantastic feature. Breakfast in the morning as well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Hotel in great location. A lot of restaurants around. Only concern about transfer. Waiting too long for it from airport.

Staff is great but the pictures of the property do not tell the right story. Rooms look smaller than expected.

We enjoy so much Hanoi, the hotel has an excellent location, the staff is very nice and helpful. Many shops and restaurants around, everything is a walking distance. We will stay there again.

Great for an overnight stay when landing in Male airport. Shuttle to and from the airport is included and timely. Rooms are small but modern and clean - we were on a high floor and hear limited noise (except the prayer in morning but that you will hear no matter where you stay I think). We did not have breakfast because we left early but the take away breakfast was pretty limited. Overall good value for money.

The staff are very warm,kind and helpful.Provided us a to go breakfast since our flight is early morning.

We had an easy check in and I love that they provided transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was also included and was delicious! Our room was clean and comfortable. We were greeted with towels to clean our hands and tasty tea. Great service overall!

Ser inte alls ut som på bilderna. Ligger inte vid vattnet (havsutsikt) som dom ger sken av. Extremt dåliga fönster, man hör all trafik och allt stök från gatan väldigt tydligt (liv dygnet runt). Dock trevlig och bra personal/service.

Their staff Riezel was very helpful. Made our stay very awesome!

This is a decent hotel that offered free airport shuttle. The room was small, but adequate there was no view to speak of, but the bed was comfortable so it was all good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for a night. Not far from Airport but traffic very slow exiting the bridge connecting airport to main island so took a long while. Nice fairly modern property. Includes breakfast - breakfast room on a high floor so you have some sea views. Nice egg station where the chef will cook to order. Interesting room configurations.

Clean and tidy. Rooms compact but great for 1 or 2 nights. Great location. Transfers included. Good buffet breakfast.
