Overall it was great, variety of options for breakfast buffet included in our stay.

We travelled with kids and Station 2 is a busy area and lots of loud music at night, this resort has a live band playing til 10pm but isn’t as obnoxious as other resorts nearby. The rooms are really nice and clean. The pool water is kind of chilly. There’s a lot of walkable restaurants and the resort allow access to the beach, I would stay here again!

Food choices need improvement. Found a cockroach in one of their buffet stations. Our room though, lovely!!! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely place. The restaurants on the property is really good, the breakfast buffé has many options including a egg station. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say about this place. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms, the layout of pools, restaurant, location was convenient to everything. Collen front desk, Renalen OJT, Micheal lifeguard, Joy housekeeping, Brian bartender, Jed OJT, and so many more staff that made our stay memorable!! We will be back again!! It’s new. But there is a foul smell and staff brought in a scented humidifier.

I have bad experienced. We will not come back to this hotel again.

It was such a pleasure to spend 5 days at Mandarin Bay in Boracay. Everything new, pure clean, great food and the most friendly staff I have ever seen. If I would have to point something special about Mandarin Bay, that would be the service. Everyone is so detail oriented, helpful, nice and polite. We really felt special there. Totally recommended.
