Amazing place..love the people

Pictures are not even similar to what property is like. After first night because we arrived in the middle of the night and just slept and left in the morning to another hotel with a 7 day reservation and two rooms

Boutique hotel met fijne sfeer. Ruime kamer, goed met en heerlijke douche. Vriendelijk personeel dat fantastische cappuccino’s kan maken. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

The hotel is not like the pictures. Rooms are ill-equipped, no where to hang clothes and had to ask reception for basic amenities that were meant to be in the rooms. Poor breakfast. They also had no respect for privacy of guests, discussing issues in the middle of the cafe. Also caught the employees staring at us, whispering and smirking amongst one another, which was very uncomfortable.

Pedimos ayuda para mover la reserva, plantee opciones por la cancelacion del concierto de Shakira y no ayudaron, no escucharon. No tienen ni idea de escuchar a sus clientes

Good

Modern and clean room with good facilities. Breakfast is good but options are limited. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is a little on the residential side but getting taxis was relatively easy.

The hotel is in a good neighborhood with walking distance to the city center and local restaurants. It feel safe walking even during evening hours. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is the asset to this hotel. The hotel is clean and accessible. The breakfast choices are limited and the hotel rooms are rather small with a modern and minimalistic decor.

It’s very quaint. Has most of what you will need

El hotel es encantador, muy bonito y el servicio excelente. El unico problema que tuve con el mini-apartamento es que la cama estaba sobre una tarima bastante alta y que no tiene grada para subirla por lo que fue muy incomodo subirse a la cama cada vez.

Property was excellent

El sitio es muy agradable, limpio, seguro, el grupo de jóvenes que lo maneja es pura simpatía, cordialidad y eficiencia. Pero es una zona residencial, con pocas opciones para comer. Es un hotel orientado más a ofrecer un espacio de trabajo remoto que una experiencia turística. Un detalle verdaderamente incómodo fue la presencia de perros en el área del desayuno. Sus ladridos eran fuente de molestia, aparte de las consideraciones de higiene. Además, se encuentra cerca de carreteras muy transitadas; esto y el eco dentro lo hace un poco ruidoso.

Nos tocó un cuarto bajito y todo el tiempo escuchamos ruidos, voces y gritos de personas que entraban y salían del hotel. Específicamente en las mañanas no podíamos descansar. Pero lo demás maravilloso, el personal y el desayuno los mejores.

Great location, clean, safe area, checkin and out process easy. Room small, no TV in bedroom, maintenance issue to over 24hrs to resolve.
