Wir mochten das Hotel, die Zimmer waren relativ neu und eigentlich ruhig. Das Hotel ist sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber das weiß man vorher. Das Frühstück war gut, einiges ist manchmal ausgegangen, das war aber kein Problem, es ist genug zu essen vorhanden gewesen. Was uns gestört hat war, dass die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren, es ist zwar eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber das mögen wir halt nicht. Ist unsere persönliche Meinung. Soweit ein Hotel, mit dem man zufrieden sein kann.

We arrived on time and the staff gave us a room full of dust where the A/C was very noisy. We complained and they sent a technician who said the A/C needs repair. So, they moved us to another room. Same problem, same technician. These were the two rooms available. We protested to the front desk. He agreed in writing to cancel the reservation and issue a refund. However, he said that we had to wait 3 business days for the refund to be issued to our credit card since we already checked earlier with the credit card. It has been three months and no refund. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Il peggiore 4 stelle in cui sia stato in vita mia! In bagno era presente una puzza terribile che proveniva dagli scarichi ed alla reception hanno detto che non potevano cambiare camera perché erano al completo... tra l'altro ho sentito altri ospiti lamentarsi dello stesso problema quindi anche cambiando stanza non avrei risolto il problema. L'unico aspetto accettabile è la colazione per il resto hotel terribile in cui non tornerò mai più nella vita!!

Great hotel good transport

All good!Except a brown skin lady at night in reception is very bad attitude,not willing to give us a bottle of water as she said is room cleaning department to give us not her.But we requested no room cleaning until we checked out.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good.

This was a great place to stop through London for a few nights for a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Clean, quiet and convenient to both Central London and Tottenham Stadium, and outside of the super tourisy areas. We love North London and Finsbury Park. Lots of great food and easy to access transportation. We had almost no contact with staff, except the cleaning crew who were lovely and generous with biscuits, water and tea. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Close to tubes great breakfast

Elke dag wordt je kamer schoon gemaakt en netjes. Ontbijt is uitstekend verzorgd. De croissantjes, chocoladebroodjes en koffiebroodjes zie je vers uit de oven komen, heerlijk! Personeel is vriendelijk. Kortom een prima hotel en je bent net de metro zo op de plekken waar je wilt zijn. En aanrader!

Some issues upon checking in, but was resolved very quickly. Manager Ann was responsive and took action to resolve issues without delay. Very pleasant stay. Will stay at the same hotel again.

Really short walk to a metro line. The hotel had some pretty strong smells- some pleasant like the candle in the lobby, and some not so pleasant like in the gym (smelled a bit like sewage). The staff was super nice and we appreciated the free cookies and water in the room! Overall, it was a good stay.

Really yummy pain au chocolates and maple syrup. Good breakfast choice .

Booked a Deluxe Double which looked ideal on the website. Unfortunately got a DD in the basement which was extremely small, no openable window but got an obscure glazed unit instead. Far too small to be called a Double Deluxe… Also extremely noisy with the underground running close by…

Tudo ótimo. Equipe maravilhosa, quartos limpos exceto embaixo das camas ( que tem rodinhas), cleaners super gentis, café da manha bem razoável. Voltarei sempre!
