Superbe spa très bon restaurant chambre très confortable juste les capsules café dans la chambre qui sont pas terribles mais c’est le seul point d’insatisfaction. Mérite un 5 étoiles

It was a short two-day getaway. Everything was perfect – a modern, clean hotel with an interesting concept. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. A very good spa with two saunas, a jacuzzi, infrared therapy, and an LED-lit pool. Large parking areas in front and behind the hotel. A very rich breakfast. We had a great time at this hotel.

Top verblijf

Bon hôtel, bonne propreté, bon petit déjeuner, chambres modernes sans décoration au mur et personnel en général aimable et serviable. Mais... les mails préalables au séjour sont restés sans réponse et 15€ en sus étaient demandés par jour pour l'accès au welness (dont piscine). Le restaurant Umami offre très peu de plats de légumes (et végétariens).

Weekendje weg in dit mooie hotel met grote kamer. De matras kan zeker beter. Lekker ontbijt. Prima locatie voor wandelingen en uitstapjes. Jammer dat de wellness betalend is.

Hotel ok ! Malheureusement Restaurant fermé!

De welness mag eens onderhouden worden , de deur omlijsting zijn gewoon aan het rotten , rond het zwembad lag het gevaarlijk glad en de hamman werkte niet , toch moest je de volle pot betalen .

We have used this hotel several times and have always enjoyed staying here.

The hotel location is closer to restaurants and grocery store. I reported to the receptionist an issue that I had with one of the kitchen staff. This kitchen staff has a history of issues with other guests. However I was never contacted by the Hotel to discuss this matter or try to understand the matter. There is a lack of follow up. Also I had issue with the water not draining in the shower. I reported this matter to the same receptionist and it was never addressed. Although the hotel has a lot to offer, an improvement in following up on issues raised by customers will help improve their image of caring for their customers.

Mooi uitzicht en alles top geregeld.

Heerlijk om na een reis lekker te relaxen in de sauna, de whirlpool en het zwembad. Het eten is erg goed! Mooi opgemaakt en echt heel goed bereid. Flinke porties ook. Alleen een hoofdgerecht genomen, anders was het echt teveel.
