Spacious and well equipped property in a good location however it was a chilly place and the noise from the adjacent property was a bit intrusive.

Good stay, kitchen isn’t that well kitted out, so if you’re actually cooking it’s not so great - defo need a new set of knives, comfy beds, nice and clean! Good location

The property was more than adequate 4 star for comfort as the sofa bed was not comfortable for us this is subjective as everyone is different. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a self catering holiday in Falmouth.

What a lovely little place this was. Not far from the town. You could walk in. If you struggle with the hills walking back the taxi fair was £3.60 which i thought was well worth it because i do struggle with hills. I know they have a washer but not sure if it drys aswel. It has Netflix and other streaamng channels.
