Lovely place and lovely people

The staff were amazing at this place but the management (owners) are horrible. It’s a convenient hotel and the staff make every minute worth staying but the management are not nice at all.

Felt safe, friendly staff at breakfast, conveniently located and fairly quiet... other than the church bells but that's not the hotels fault!

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich pkey für 1 Nacht. Liegt in 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Das Morgenbuffet ist frisch und gut. Das Hotel liegt an einer befahrene Strasse und die Heizung war in der Nacht sehr laut. Das Badezimmer zwäckmässig aber sehr alt. Der Wasserhahn sollte wieder mal entkalkt werden.

I stayed at Hotel Perron 10 both coming into Switzerland via Zürich for one night, and ahead of leaving for another two, as I was visiting the cycling world championships. For a short stay, this was a good place - the most comfortable hotel bed I've stayed in to date, 5 minutes from the station, food options nearby. complimentary bottled water, and someone to come in and make the bed and empty the bins every day. What I don't understand is the size of the bathroom compared tp the large size of the room - the toilwt faces the wall in such a way that I, a relatively short person, needed to access it diagonally. There is no fan, so the ceiling is moldy, the shower doesn't have a basin and thus floods the entire room. All good for a short stay. During my second stay, the blinds to one wundow were completely shut with no way to open them, and the windows let every bit of sound through. Even with earplugs it wss like sleeping next to a motorway that doesn't calm down most nights until 3am. My biggest problem came when I returned to the hotel Sunday night. This is a self-checkin facility, you get a door code mailed to you. This worked great right until it didn't. The emergency number at the door rings the phone at the restaurant, by then long closed. I had to listen to a recording of the manager give you another emergency phone number, and no one picked up. If you offer/lack a service, you should make sure it works if you don't wanna strand your guests?

There’s no onsite parking, wish I knew before booking. It is close to the train station but we drove so it was useless for us. The bathroom was the worse part and the hotel had a food “cooking” smell every time (restaurants below).

Im großen und ganzen gut nur der Sanitärbereich ist leicht renovier bedürftig.

숙소 깨끗하고, 빈터투어 역에서 가깝고, 저녁식사 뷔페는 돈이 아깝지 않을정도로 맛있었어요. 세면대 물 빠짐이 잘 안됐지만.. 세심한 관리가 필요해보입니다.

Geniales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gefreut hat mich auch der Willkommensgruß (Biskuit, Mineralwasser) im Zimmer.Feines Frühstück, gute Auswahl. Herzlichen Dank!

The property was close to the train station. The shower was difficult because the water ran all over the bathroom floor trying to get into the drain- no separate shower area/pan.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were great - spacious with everything we needed for our week long stay. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. We didn’t use the restaurant during the day/ evening as Winterthur has excellent dining options. Nothing to do with the hotel, but major roadworks were taking place in Wartstrasse which sometimes made it difficult to enter/ exit the road. However, we explored alternatives and found our way around.

Buena situación, al lado estación tren. Habitación muy grande, aunque cuando llegamos olía a tabaco. El baño bien, limpio, aunque tenía un olor raro debido a que ya necesita una reforma, aún tenía cortina plástica de ducha. Nos cambiaron las toallas los dos días que estuvimos. Buén desayuno servido en el restaurante que hay en la planta baja. El check-in te lo hace tú mismo en una máquina, ya que no hay servicio de recepción 24 horas, pero ya lo sabiamos. En general lo recomendaría. Buena relación calidad/precio, en comparación con los precios de Suiza. También esta bien situado para volver al aeropuerto de Zurich, trenes directos con múltiples frecuencias, en 18 min. llegamos al aeropuerto.

住宿環境很不錯，餐廳的餐點及服務都很好，但是房間的隔音很不好，有時候會還會聽到隔壁及樓上的走動聲音。

Good experience! Just shower was different, bathroom was wet everywhere. Also, will be great having more pillows
