The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of 5. Walking distance from metro, groceries and dining options. We are hoping to go back one day.

The apartment is comfortable and convenient for traveling and near supermarkets. However there is a washing machine but no detergent, and a dishwasher but no tablets. Finally, The maintenance noise on the opposite building is very loud. But I still will recommend it to anyone.

Good to stay. Very near to the market and we were able to buy groceries to cook. Will stay again. Stayed 2nd time. Happy with the nearby metro stations. Go everywhere 2 0 mins.

Very nonresponsive service. Will never use AinB Barcelona Sants Apartments again, no matter the price. A lot of noise from the stairs etc. We had the ground level.

We had a ground floor apartment. Before we checked in the communication with owner was great, once we arrived that changed. After the first night we contacted the owner because we found cockroaches in the livingroom/kitchen and bathroom and because the stove was broken. We received no reply (our stay was a total of 4 nights..). The washing machine has mold, and the small terasse that goes off the apartment is covered in pigeon poop. The apartment is spacious and check-in was easy, but due to the sanitary conditions and the broken/unusuable appliances, we would not recommend the apartment for anyone.

Great little unit in a local neighbourhood but close to transport, many dining options, groceries and bars all within close proximity

Los sillones muy sucios, no les viene mal una limpieza, no daban ganas de sentarse. El ascensor NO funcionó todo un día , fue incómodo bajar las maletas.. Mucho ruido con los departamentos contiguos No dotaron de papel higiénico suficiente para la estadía. El rumbo muy seguro, limpio, tranquilo.. Tienen áreas de oportunidad.

Our apartment was very nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with groceries and restaurants only a couple of blocks away. Despite the name, it was a 15-min walk from the Barcelona Sants metro and train station. Since there is not a front desk, getting into the apartment requires that the property managers send a code for the front door and a code for the apartment, or use of an app. The apartment itself was well-equipped, except the light switch in one of the bedrooms did not turn on any lights (instead, there were portable lights that were switched on by hand. Wifi worked well.

Nice neighborhood, quiet and close to the metro. enjoyed the trip and accommodations.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained. It has two private patios and a room with a washing machine and iron. The living room and kitchen-dining room are spacious and very well equipped. All areas have their own air conditioning, which is appreciated. We loved the area. Very close to Sants Station, with metro and bus station less than five minutes walk away. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, very close. The only downside was that we didn't have wifi until the next day, because there is no signal with the access data and we didn't receive that information until the next day. But even so we managed very well. I recommend this place if you want to be comfortable and well located in Barcelona.

The back door was tied shut. Beds uncomfortable. Roaches. Not enought toliet tissue,shower head broken and the shower extremely slippery.

We had a great experience at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. The balconies are fabulous.

All was perfect.
