Check in took forever. Please do not ask your staff to read, verbatim, a disclaimer document to every customer at check in. It took too long and was awkward. Also, please be honest about the Breakfast offering. It sounds like a free breakfast by way of the in-room marketing piece, but then you have to log-on to an app… and only after you’ve gone through the pain of the ordering process do you discover in small typeface that it costs $$$ along with cryptic instructions that suggest the order must be made the day before… ridiculous. Even hotels that are lesser overall quality offer free breakfast cereals, yogurt and hard boiled eggs.
I was double charged for the room then had to make calls to remedy the matter by phone. Overall a very poor experience.
