Stayed in a Deluxe Side Sea View room on 6th floor. The view was lovely - gloriously sunny until 1pm or so & shaded in the evenings. The room was spacious for two. We stayed half board & both the breakfast & the evening meal choices were varied & delicious. Staff were helpful & polite.

The staff were the friendliest we have ever come across in a hotel. It was our first time in the Barcelo chain but it won't be our last.

Hyggelige resepsjonister, litt vanskelig med språk når det gjaldt renholdere, de snakket ikke engelsk. God kjøling på klimaanlegget, måtte slå det av for å få det varmt. Variert og god frokost, veldig fornøyd med den.

Excellent customer service, great location in proximity to old town, beautiful beach views. Quality food with fast clearing of tables- busy at breakfast, served until 11am. Room ample space & modern. Tiled floors in rooms - noise travels from neighbouring rooms. Pool under renovation (February), work underway to paving external to hotel (February’26) causing noise.

Lovely room, and the bed was soo comfy! Hotel is in a great location, right on the Sea front near the old town.

Close to all shop bar restaurants. Walk out the door and you’re on the beach, food is fantastic in this hotel.

The room I booked didn't have a beach view as those rooms are more expensive. I came for one night as visiting a friend who lives nearby. We came by car and used the hotel parking. However I was not warned that we had to pay for parking. We checked out of the hotel at 10.30 athough could have stayed until 12pm. This was because we wanted to explore Benidorm and have lunch and collect the car about 2.30pm. We returned to collect the car and was annoyed to find that we had to pay €25 for parking even though the car park was virtually empty ! It seems this was because we collected the car late even though we had explained our plans to the hotel and had vacated the room at 10.30am.

Hotel located in a great position, with plenty of restaurants & bars close by. Hotel was modern, friendly staff, spacious & clean room. Roof terrace was great, with fantastic views.

The hotel was very well positioned in the middle of everything. The staff were lovely and incredibly friendly from the moment that we arrived. Hotel was lovely modern and clean, everything you could want without some of the crazy hotel prices some charge for great locations.
