Peaceful & tranquil, to the highest standard, looks like a brand new hotel with a new pool area. A lovely double room with huge shower & aircon. A small fridge in the room. Cakes available at tea time & a superb continental breakfast with cooked eggs.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser gepflegten Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind gerade groß genug und waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das tolle Frühstück muss man hervorheben.

Très bon accueil. Sincères. Petit déjeuner excellent. Chambres et hôtel ultra propre au centre de la ville de Villa Franca Campo. Merci à Suzanne et les personnes qui travaillent à cet Hôtel.

The guesthouse is modern and very very clean. The staff are really lovely and helpful. There was a lot on offer for breakfast. The pool is cold but bigger than expected and a nice relaxing area. There is a dog nearby that barks constantly early in the morning and in the evening but that’s not the guesthouse’s fault. The shower doesn’t have very strong pressure so it took me a long time to rinse my hair 😅 The lady who messaged me prior to my stay was kind and helpful. I found eating out difficult as a vegetarian in this area. We couldn’t get a table at the black whale, who we had read catered for vegetarians. The beaches were easy walks away and the bus into ponta Delgada was very easy too. The room had everything we needed and I’d recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay on the island. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Allem was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Kleines Gästehaus mit super Frühstück, gibt alles was man braucht. Alles neu und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Mädels sind wirklich ausgesprochen nett. Einfach zu empfehlen. Da wir vor dem Frühstück abgereist sind, wurde uns ein Frühstückspaket aufs zimmer gelegt.

Helt nyt hotel vildt smukt, store værelser, lækker morgenmad, stor pool og det sødeste personale godt tip til Azorerne lej en bil.

Alles heel modern en mooi! Ontbijt heel vers en lokaal maar wel beperkte keuze. Zeker een aanrader!

Very modern and comfortable accomodation in the city center. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The houskeeping team was very professional.

Wir hatten hier einen unserer schönsten Urlaube in einer modernen, sauberen und neu renovierten Unterkunft. Das Service Team ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, Man bekommt alles lecker frisch, was man für einen langen Wandertag benötigt und auch für tagsüber gibt es leckere süße Stückchen für die Gäste. Der Swimmingpool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum windgeschützten Sonnenbaden ein. Hier kann man nur zufrieden sein, und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Everything was perfect… really from food too privacy too the pool and beach .. staff … walk to shops and restaurants…. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else …

We had a great stay here. It was modern, clean and very nice. The staff was super friendly. Parking was easy to find outside. The room was very small, especially the bathroom but it was not an issue for us. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles neu und stilvoll eingerichtet. Großes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Mega sauber, jeden Tag werden die Handtücher gewechselt (was ja eigentlich nicht nötig ist). Sehr freundlichrs Personal. Frühstück klein, aber fein. Eispeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.zubereitet.

Most attentive host and personnel. Hotel is newly renovated, so everything is in perfect condition. Great shower & breakfast.

Olive's Guest House was wonderful. It was very newly renovated. Our room had a beautiful view and was extremely comfortable and private. Breakfasts were delicious. Everything about our stay was great. I couldn't recommend it more highly. Also, Villa Franco de Campo was easy to get around with good restaurants nearby. It was also convenient for all our day trips. I would give it 6 stars.

Très joli hôtel, petit déjeuner très convenable, équipe accueillante. Petite difficulté pour trouver l’hôtel mais la personne au téléphone a été très compréhensive et m’a bien indiqué malgré l’heure tardive. Le système de code pour accéder à l’hôtel et à la chambre sans accueil est surprenant mais c’est très simple et pratique! Déco super sympa!

The room was very clean and modern looking. I was able to access my Netflix and Prime accounts so I never lacked for in-room TV entertainment. They provide a nice breakfast in the morning as well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and did an outstanding job cleaning the room every day. The pool is nice and private, but brace yourself for cold water! I was a little surprised there was no in-room coffeemaker or mini-refrigerator, but they do provide bottled water for the rooms each day, and coffee and espresso available each morning in the breakfast area. I would certainly stay there again if I was visiting!
