Staff very welcoming and friendly. Always waving and smiling when we walked in reception. Very genuine and made a great difference. Staff let us check in early which was brilliant as we had a very early morning flight.

This hotel was a lot nicer than I thought when I booked. Great location except for the parking situation but it is close to a nice park, bars, restaurants, etc. 24/7 security made my family and I feel safe but parking was expensive.

The room was nice and clean and the breakfast options were good. The area was okay being close to the tram but there were a lot of homeless people that would hang around near the buildings.

Parking not avaliable. Forced to valet for $45

Ashely at the bar was amazing she was attentive even though the restaurant was packed and she completed it all on her own.

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were perfect and incredibly helpful. However, the food was absolutely horrible. Public schools are fed better than the breakfast I received there. The ice machine produced a foul tasting ice, which makes me question the cleanliness of the ice machine itself or the water filtration system.

Security has to knock on our door in middle of night due to someone smoking and setting off fire alarm.

Nice bar and breakfast buffet, very close to the train station (just a block or so away) but the room next to mine had a very young baby who cried nonstop all weekend, and it was one of those shareable rooms with the attaching door. It was a very loud/noisy stay because of that but taking nothing away from the hotel, I would recommend this place.
