We had a very pleasant stay. The staff both front desk workers answered my questions well and were very friendly and helpful. The very nice woman who cleans all the rooms was so very nice and polite. She saw we had a do not disturb sign on our door and actually DID NOT DISTURB us!!!!! When I asked her later for a couple of items and thanked her for skipping our room she was a peach! She offered me more items too, but we were fine. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We would stay here again!

Pool was being painted and unable to be used . I would have liked to know this when I booked a room with access to an indoor pool . Sort of false advertising

Quiet well maintained hotel. We had a suite but no TV in the living room area, only the bedroom. Bedroom was hot - a/c worked very well in living room but blew hot air in the bedroom. Pool looked nice but we didn’t swim.

The Wifi didn’t work the whole of my stay even though I reported it to the receptionist. The hotel is looking tired and needs a renovation.

Parking was convenient. Room was clean. Hotel corridor roof had water damage and drywall was all over the floor

Hotel didn't honor my reservation so charged me a room rate about $30/nite above reservation room rate.

We chose this property because it had breakfast and a pool. Overall cleanliness in main areas and elevator was poor. We had to change rooms due to smoke detector battery going off. The listing said pool but it was under construction. The breakfast was disgusting-my husband who eats anything threw his away. The hot water for tea was brown. The beds were comfy and our bathroom was clean.

Great location, but REALLY needs some TLC & some cleaning staff with attention to detail. Had to be moved to another room due to cleaning conditions, no coffee in the new room, kleenex box so torn it wouldn't dispense tissues, water stained hallway ceiling tiles, 4 sausages was the "fresh batch". Won't stay again.

4thr floor ceiling tiles removed. Water leaks. Heating system would not shut off

Good gym, bariety of equipment

Called two days before my stay- asked if the pool was operational (stayed here about a year ago as well for a few nights and pool was closed so wanted to double check) man on phone said yes, the pool is open. Upon arrival noticed sign on pool door saying it was closed due to maintenence and that it wont be open for some time and hasnt been open for a while either. The pool had already been closed before i arrived and i was mislead when i called.
