Loved it, it is a proper calming little oasis amongst the hustle and bustle. The team working there all really seem to enjoy their work, it’s super relaxed but very attentive. The food is great and the on site spa was excellent too. We only booked 2 nights originally but changed our plans to stay longer and relax

Very professional and courteous staff! Extremely helpful and attentive, and they made us feel very welcome! The property is a little oasis in a frenetic neighbourhood- lots of greenery, and a peaceful environment. Lovely breakfast, too! Great location for access to the Thamel vibe, (and shopping!), and walking distance to major sights. Highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

Hotel Thrive is an oasis on the edge of Thamel. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the tropical courtyard lovely.

The hotel is an oasis from the hectic but wonderful vibe of Kathmandu. Looking forward to going back in 3 days time.

Great hotel. Clean and well maintained. Roomes were great. Off the main road so no noise from traffic. Only issue I had was I'm a light sleeper and could hear other room when shower or water was turned on. Plus any talking in hallway

The bed was so comfortable and the room immaculate. Breakfast was a feast! The staff were so welcoming and the massage therapy on site was a standout. A wonderful escape. So good I have booked 2 further nights later in my trip

I have visited Nepal many times, but this hotel is the best balanced so far. It is especially clean and quiet despite being in the center of the city. The staff were also very kind, and I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested us to give tips immediately. His tone and attitude made us feel we were robbed. Later the driver clarified with us that guy wasn’t the hotel staff, and said he saw that guy many times doing the same thing before. If the driver knew that, he should have told us at first and asked that guy to go away. The hotel driver even didn’t try to help us when the fake staff tried to “rob” our money. His silence made us have a bad impression on our first night in Kathmandu. We truly didn’t expect we would encounter something like this when we booked pick up service from a hotel.

We loved this hotel. We did the Annapurna trek, stayed here before and after, staff, food and spa are excellent.

We have enjoyed this lovely hotel for 2 nights and we love how clean it is, how close to local shops, fairly close to airport and amazing, friendly staff!

Nice boutique hotel just outside Thamel.

Hotel new but should be keep to do clean wash room and toilet. The room door key always doesn’t work! The staff service good and friendly.

Great stay all around, wonderful staff, great restaurant with tons of options and great rooms as well. Highly recommend and will definitely come back when I visit Nepal again.
