We ended up leaving after 3 and a half days booking up an apartment near the main thoroughfare at a cost of 800 euros it saved our sanity and our disabled daughter and managed to do the things we wanted The facilities at arctic magic should have had a spa and sauna none of these worked How did you ad a company put this hotel on your system is beyond us we will be looking to claim back a substantial amount of money for this holiday My wife had suffered bites to her legs and thought it was DVD But looks like bed bugs.
