New facility, friendly staff and clean environment

Good stay, love it

Bad check in experience as we had to rush a few times and wait until at around 5:30pm for the room to be ready.

Excellent staff provided me helpful information regarding the hotel. They are professional as they solved all my questions. Clean and well maintained room. Nice location.

Service was very good. Everything is as you would expect from a JW marriot.

The room was immaculate, the staff were absolutely terrific and there was not a thing that could be improved as everything was 100% good. The staff made our stay memorable, especially when a bag with cards and personal items was left in the safe. The staff went out of their way to get it courierd to our next hotel 1550Km away ….. absolutely amazing service. Thank you. Especial mention for Jenny Zehn who arrange our bag to catch us up 👍😁✅

I loved my corner room. Had a great view of the city. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for sightseeing with my bf. Generally, this hotel is very clean and very new with quirky perks. Room is comfortable, but I had problem with the mattress, which was too hard for me. The only issue we experienced was that the staff in this hotel doesn't speak English at all? I thought this hotel receives foreign customers so they must speak some English? My bf is English and he found it rather difficult to communicate with the hotel staff asking for help! Btw, the steam room for female customers never worked during my stay, this is a shame.

When taking shower, hot water was not stable, continuously changing between too hot and not hot enough. It was very hard to have a comfortable shower.

Everything is good about this property.

Sehr schönes Hotel und mit allen Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken ist die Aussicht natürlich wunderbar. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig.
