Erittäin positiivinen yllätys Helsingin keskustassa! Rauhallinen mutta keskeinen sijainti, kävelymatkan päässä keskustan palveluista. Siisti ja toimiva huone jossa mahtavat kaupunkinäkymät kahteen suuntaan ja kaupunkinäkymä jopa suihkusta! Erinomainen sänky ja tyylikäs sisustus. Tulen varamasti uudestaan.

Valitsin hotellin, koska se on uudehko ja keskustassa. Kaikki oli odotusten mukaista, hyväkuntoista ja siistiä. Moderni toteutus ja kaikki toimi. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja iloinen. Aamiainen oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen. Sängyt laadukkaat.

Great place to stay. Easy walk from the train station and right the center of the city. Conveninetly located and overlooking a park! Great staff and excellent breakfast Amenities include a sauna and a very well equipped gym Highly reccomended!

Mieluisa yöpyminen. Huone oli hyvä. Etenkin sänky oli todella hyvä. Aamupala ei yltänyt samalle tasolle hotellin muiden palvelujen kanssa.

Nice new hotel very well located on the city and only 5 minutes walk from the train to the airport. Great room with a lovely view. Breakfast also good with many good options! The gym is a little dull and the sauna without windows - which many other hotels in Helsink offers nowadays.

Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It was close to the train station, shopping area and dining options. Highly recommend staying here and the price was very affordable .

Standart odalar küçüktü. Kıyafet asmak için dolap yoktu. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltısı yeterli.

Ihan siisti hotelli. Sängyt pieniä ja pehmeitä. Huoneen lasipinnat olivat sormenjälkiä täynnä.

Great hotel, perfectly located for discovering Helsinki. The staff were very nice and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this hotel.

In an excellent location, the Radisson Red was a very well equipped hotel. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and the breakfast was superb. We were really impressed with the helpful.and friendly staff too. We would definitely book again if we return to Helsinki.

I had prepaid for the hotel stay for Friday night. However, due to heavy snow in the city I was departing from, my flight was canceled. This situation was completely out of my control. Despite providing proof of the flight cancellation, the hotel neither issued a refund for the unused night nor allowed any adjustment to shift the booking to the following night, even though my flight was rescheduled for the next day. It is worth noting that the hotel staff told me directly that they had no issue making changes if Hotel.com arranged it. On the other hand, Hotel.com informed me that they would be happy to make the change if the hotel approved it. Hotel.com even contacted the hotel but later emailed me to say they had received no response from the hotel. This lack of flexibility and understanding is incredibly disappointing. It is not only unreasonable but also inhumane to deny any accommodation under such uncontrollable circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel, great to have a hotel that offer you an early checkin option (for a fee) but worth it when you land at 5am! We had a beautiful corner room with so many windows. It was a beautiful outlook when having breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing. Staff very helpful and would definitely stay again.

Excellent! Clean and comfortable. Location just away from the main streets but within walking distance to most attractions

Convenient to central downtown. Easy to reach dining, transit, and shopping options.

Nice spot very clean and modern however not sure why they would have signs up that say WE Speak Gay like really is that required
