Staff and cleanliness were great. I think it was overpriced for what it is, though. My room was small with a tiny window that didnt have a view of anything but walls and split unit AC systems. There wasn't breakfast. I didnt see a nice common area where you could meet other travelers and have a drink. No bar. Just a hallway and a small room. For the price, I'd recommend a larger room with friendlier common areas.

Reservamos una habitación económica y la verdad es que es mega pequeña, apenas había espacio para pasar al baño. En general está bien por el precio pero si debes estar consciente que es muy pequeño todo. El personal fue muy amable y nos regalaron un mapita. La ubicación es bastante buena porque puedes llegar caminando a muchos sitios. Lo que no me gustó es que no puedes abrir las ventanas entonces no hay ventilación más que el aire acondicionado y la primera noche salió un aroma muy extraño que hasta nos despertó. Fuera de eso está bien pero si es económico, no esperes la mayor comodidad del mundo. Funciona para descansar bien y ya :)

아토차 거리에 위치한 건물 2층에 있는 숙소입니다. 마드리드 시내 왠만한 관광지는 도보 15~20분 내로 이동 가능해서 편했습니다. 24시간 리셉션 열려있고 직원분들이 아주 친절하십니다. 2인실 묵었는데 룸 컨디션 양호하였고 다만 공간이 협소하여 캐리어 풀면 방이 거의 꽉 차는 정도입니다. 호텔에서 오래 머무르지 않고 잠만자는 용도라면 큰 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있을 것 같습니다

Very friendly helpful staff. Small room, but fine for 2 of us, clean and had a small fridge. Easy walking distance to bars, cafes and various tourist attractions.

갑작스런 여행일정 변경으로 하루 더 마드리드에 있어야해서 급하게 가성비 호스텔로 잡았었는데 프론트 직원분도 너무 친절하고 가격대비 숙소도 깔끔하고 샤워기도 따로 있고 수압도 좋고 따뜻한물도 잘나왔습니다 엘리베이터가 조금 작긴하지만 가격대비 위치와 시설 직원 친절이 좋았어요

Great, clean place to stay. I think I would stay again but book directly with the hotel, bypassing Expedia since the stay would be a lot cheaper.
