Chambre propre efficace pratique et très très bien située.

Chambre très correcte pour le prix, ce qui nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit. Dommage que la chambre famille soit au 3eme étage alors que l'assenceur s'arrête au 2eme. Bcp trop compliqué d'accès avec un bébé. La femme qui fait le ménage, pas du tout aimable, a refuser qu'on rentre jeter notre poubelle pendant que nous étions garer devant en train de charger la voiture alors que la chambre était encore réservé pendant 1h

First, the rooms do not have air conditioning. The listing only mentions that fans are provided, but in our room there was just one fan for eight people. Since we visited during a summer heat wave, this made a significant difference in our comfort. I completely understand that many historic properties in Europe do not have air conditioning, but this should be clearly stated in the listing so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Second, the property does not have an elevator, and this was never mentioned in the description. I was traveling with my parents, who are both over 80 years old, and we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. Again, I understand that older buildings often cannot accommodate elevators, but this is essential information for anyone traveling with elderly family members, mobility limitations, or heavy luggage. I would still recommend this property because of its excellent location and cleanliness.
